DESCRIPTION:

Perfect for four, Cityside is an individual apartment securely tucked inside the stylish Rivergarden Condos building, a modern new building with a security entrance, which has brilliant facilities such as a fully enclosed 25m lap pool, tennis court, gardens and a communal BBQ area.

Cityside (StayCentral on Whiteman) is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment: with a king bed and splittable queen bed. Your Melbourne corporate apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, bath towels, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, and a large LCD TV. It has free Netflix, and access via an Amazon Stick to many other programs.


You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony (Melbourne weather permitting) whilst taking in the view of nearby Melbourne city. We also love the trams right out front, so it is so easy to get around. You can wander across the road to the Southbank Promenade with all the great restaurants, a short walk to South Melbourne Market for some delicious food, or take a tram ride into the city or to Port Melbourne to enjoy the beach. It is really a perfect place to enjoy Melbourne!

It has a Walk Score of 97 out of 100. This location is a Walkers Paradise so daily errands do not require a car.


Cityside is brilliantly located; just across the road from Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre and just across the Yarra River from Melbourne CBD. It's a very short walk to Crown Casino and the adjacent Southbank Promenade with its buskers, award-winning restaurants, cafes overlooking the river, and multiple, fashionable shops. Walk to the end of this, and find yourself in the Arts Precinct on St Kilda Road, and the nearby Federation Square and Flinders St Station.


GETTING AROUND

The trams are just out front, and can take you to Port Melbourne, St Kilda, or the other way into the CBD and to wherever you want to from there; or you can just walk into the CBD quite easily. It is a one minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram, the 12 Victoria Gardens - St Kilda (Fitzroy St) tram and the 96 St Kilda Beach - East Brunswick tram at the 125-Port Junction/79 Whiteman St (Southbank) stop. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.

Brilliant apartment
Great apartment. Chris was amazing to deal with, as was Magy who greeted me upon arrival. Everything I needed was there, bed was extra comfortable, and location was perfect. Homely, clean and neat. Will definitely stay there each time I'm in Melbourne.

Perfect inner city holiday apartment
We loved cityside on Whiteman. The owners have thought of everything to make you comfortable. The little details are very impressive. Board games, tv with streaming services for the odd rainy day / evening wind down. Kitchen and living room really well supplied with everything you need.Two generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms make this really comfortable. There is a tram stop right outside and you can catch a tram straight to St Kilda beach.

We were very happy with our accommodation . 5 minute walk to convention centre and casino complex if that. Basic grocery store on corner. Comfortable and cozy. Would stay there again if going to conference
