Boasting open plan living, kitchen, dining & lounge, second living area and games room. Four very comfortable & spacious bedrooms. Two bathrooms, multiple private outdoor living areas (fully enclosed) and a private front deck.

Fully fenced and landscaped surrounds make the property very relaxing for groups of all ages.

House & Bedding Configuration & Linen details

Open plan Kitchen with breakfast bar, dining, main lounge with Gas Log fireplace and large split system air conditioner/heater.
Second lounge area with split system air-conditioner/heater, 42" TV and play station, as well as board games for all ages.
In addition to this there is a large games room with lounge suite, table tennis, dart board and TV with DVD player.

Master Bedroom: 1 King sized bed, ensuite and 42" flat screen TV.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen sized bed.
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen sized bed.
Bedroom 4: 2 Sets of single bunk beds (4 single beds in total).

Large bright main Bathroom with large bath tub,
Undercover outdoor area with built in BBQ, Luxury outdoor spa, outdoor dining setting.
Second outdoor area includes lounge suite and coffee table and another private deck area at the front of the property is a great place to read in the sun on the sun lounges.

Covered Doonas, blankets and pillows ARE provided.

Full linen packs are available on request and will be supplied by Phillip Island Linen Company. (extra charge).

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

Calendar & Pricing

Please note: If you are requesting a stay for Saturday & Sunday nights and the Friday night is available on the calendar then the tariff will be charged at the weekend rate.

The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment.

Please refer to the rate column style pricing below as it is 100% accurate. Also please note that depending on your date selection at certain times of year there may be cheaper rates available so please send an enquiry email even if it appears out of your budget price.

Please note: If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be rebooked.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the property manager. Standard checkout is 10am.
