Little Plenty Beach House

This iconic fibro beach house by the sea with it's manicured lawns and beautiful gardens along with sunny timber decks, provides the perfect getaway to simply relax.

Tucked away in a quite position down a long driveway it has delightful views out over the ocean and down to Penguin Head. The home has three bedrooms including a separate large guest room that has its own deck area. Polished floorboards and crisp white walls ensure a cheerful and relaxed interior, renovated where it counts without losing its nostalgic charm. With no direct street frontage the only sound you will hear is the sound of the waves.

You can relax and take in the lovely views or stroll down your own private track to enjoy a swim or walk along the beach.


Perfect beach front retreat for families or couples

Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am, unless otherwise agreed.

House limited to 6 people. Consists of three bedrooms - a master bedroom with a large queen bed, second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds.

Please note that the master bedroom is separated from the main house by a short walk across a deck (please just note for sleeping arrangements if there are young children).

The house is not available for weddings or functions.

Culburra beach
Perfect beach shack with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Unbeatable beach front access, views and facilities. Even when it rains it's spectacular. It's easy to find but hidden away for privacy and culburra town has everything else u may need. We will stay again.

Great little beach cottage with outstanding views. Excellent location and the cottage is fitted out with high end soft furnishings and comfy beds. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need.

Perfect house in a perfect location
Our experience in this house was perfect… the house itself was super well equipped, we stayed over Christmas and the amount of kitchen utensils and tools was beyond great! The house was clean, spacious and super welcoming.. the views and location were unbeatable and the private access to the beach was used everyday ! Finally, the host, Mark, was welcoming, organised and able to answer queries so quickly. Overall a sublime week spent here!

Our stay at Little Plenty was amazing! The house is perfect and has all you will need. The ocean/beach views from the deck are spectacular and we particularly loved the private access from the backyard to the beach. Everything was made easy through the wonderful host - we will definitely be back to this home away from home!

Little Plenty Beach house is a magical place! The place is very welcoming and perfectly appointed. If you love cooking there is a fantastic selection of equipment to use. The view was spectacular with wonderful access to the beach. Mark was a fantastic host! We can't wait to return

A beautiful beach hideaway.
The magical walk that takes you straight to the beach was my highlight. The house is tastefully decorated and we especially the coffee machine. Alfresco living at it best.

Spectacularly located with everything you need
My three friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and functional. Being able to walk to the beach straight from the house is a real bonus. I would highly recommend this house for a stay and look forward to booking it again in the future.

A fabulous location for a quiet, relaxing, peaceful break. The beach house is well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The beach is so close you can hear the waves at night. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return again soon.

Great location, short walk from the backyard to the beach. Great view and backyard for kids to play. House has plenty of provisions available for cooking and entertainment (board games, books etc). The house is old, but is lovingly decorated to give it charm. Mark was wonderful to deal with, so helpful. This was a great place for a long weekend stay, would definitely go again!

Wonderful place to relax
I booked this place because if the views and proximity to the ocean and I was not disappointed. It was wonderful to sit on the porch and try to read a book while getting distracted by the birdlife and the ocean (I saw dolphins and whales). And when the wind picked up, the view from inside was just as wonderful. The checkin process was very smooth and I really appreciated that Mark provided a comprehensive list of items available for use - I wish all owners did this. One thing to note, the toilet is just outside the front door. This really is no problem, and in fact, I quite like having the toilet seperate. Just something to note.

We loved our stay at this little beach house. The location feels very private with beautiful views to the ocean. The house itself is welcoming, charming and comfortable. The detached bedroom is a special retreat where you can fall asleep to the sounds of the sea on a lovely big bed. We will be back! :-)
