Wittaview : perfect for a weekend getaway<br>

'Wittaview' is situated in Witta, just 5 minutes from the Maleny township, in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. It offers holiday accommodation with stunning views over rolling hills all the way to the Pacific Ocean. Experience the sight of the clouds rising from Lake Baroon while enjoying your breakfast on the verandah.

The house can accommodate 2 to 6 people and is fully self contained. Linen and towels are provided. The upstairs master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, an en-suite and a private balcony. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 single beds in each. Foxtel Basic and free WiFi are provided.

The large verandah faces east and offers 180 degree views over the dairy farms, hills and state forests. On a clear day you can even see the ships on the ocean.

The wood fire creates the right atmosphere for those cosy winter nights. Thanks to the clean and clear air, millions of stars can be seen across the night sky.

Amazing get away home

This is our 2nd visit to Wittaview and we are already planning our 3rd. It it the most magical location and the property is so charming and lovely. Very clean, well equipped and the most spectacular view. Perfect for a girls weekend.

Immaculate property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well-equipped, and lovely to come home to after hikes. Saw some wildlife closeup that we never expected to see (e.g. hares, as well as a super confident kookaburra, and kangaroos and wallabies on the front 'lawn'), as the house was on a country lane of other houses. The beds were super comfortable and fireplace kept us warm as the winds howled around us. :-)

Comfort with a view
Wittaview is a cosy abode with a delightful outlook. It is lovingly presented and feels like a home away from home. It is a short drive into Maleny and to "Nest on Witta" (which serves the best coffee in the hinterland). It is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Weekend break
We had a fabulous time at Wittaview! Loved the fireplace at night and the sun streaming into the big windows in die morning. Lovely views of thr rolling hills and the ocean in the distance. Great spot!

The property was very clean, spacious, and had everything you could ever wish for. I loved the detailed instructions on how to use the wood stove provided alongside kindling, pine cones etc - everything made easy and fun for a first-timer. The best part about this cottage is the beautiful view of rolling green hills which stretch for miles - I wish I could take the view home with me. Thanks Yvonne for making our stay memorable in the best possible way.

Perfection gets even better
This was my second time staying at Wittaview and somehow it was even better than the perfect first time! The magnificent jacarandas in bloom on the property may have something to do with it, and the upgraded amenities including the heater and new fireplace helped make it extra cozy on the cool spring nights. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful house and serenity of the surrounds
We loved the house and its roominess for our group to stay. The facilities were great and very clean and modern. We thought the kitchen was excellent as we used for the 2 nights we were there. The deck was fantastic with valley views. Overall the house was cosy and roomy and a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the Witta countryside.

A perfect getaway
We had a wonderful time. The house is the perfect location for peace and quiet, while still being close enough to the coast and the local sights. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, and kitchen well equipped. Our daughter loved making friends with the chickens, and we were lucky enough to spot some wallabies and beautiful birdlife. Will definitely be back.

A family get together Birthday weekend for Grandpa 60th and Grandaughter 4th Birthday.
We just loved the house, the anazing view and Wittaview had everything we needed. They set the house up ready to go with all we needed. Towels, bedsheets, blankets, doonas, all the kitchen things you need, including wash clothes, tea towels and condiments. All you need is your food, drink and family. The host even supplied the fire and fire wood, already set up when we arrived. Games, DVD's and Netflix already for you. Thank you for such a wonderful place to have our celebration. We will be back next year for sure

My brother and I spent five night at "Wittaview". We loved the peaceful surroundings, the view and the charm of the house itself. Spacious, comfortable ,an interesting design and a beautifully appointed kitchen. I enjoyed feeding the chickens (once) and loved the morning sunshine which floods into the kitchen and the deck making for pleasant breakfasts outdoors. Lynette is both friendly, generous and helpful. A wonderful place to stay

Winter Holiday
We had a wonderful week at Wittaview. The location is perfect to explore everything Maleny and surrounds have to offer, and it was great to come home each night to a warm fire. The children enjoyed stargazing and having some space to do their own thing too, but it’s a great spot for the tgree generations of family.

The property is very clean and tidy. And the owner left plenty of wood for us. Even though our holiday is in winter, the house was very warm. The backyard has an excellent view! Our family really enjoyed the stay and really want to holiday here again. The location was really good and the air fresh. We highly recommend this place to others.
