Mercury Stay is one of 3 properties we have available to visitors of Perth. This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house is ideal for people wishing to be close to Perth city, yet enjoy extra large living space. Based on our popular Constitution View property and Henry Lawson Walk in East Perth, This house offers quality furniture and bedding plus loads of extra's like an easy to use coffee machine and WiFi included in the very affordable nightly rate.

You will find this house has everything necessary for an enjoyable stay in Perth. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality linen .There are 4 seperate living areas:, comprising of an 8 seat dining area , a large living room a formal lounge room plus an alfreso area that can be used all year round, allowing even a large group of up to nine people room to move. TVs in seperate rooms ensures entertainment is catered for everyone in the house. If you enjoy shopping there are over 150 shops and restaurants to choose from at the Belmont Forum including a food hall and movie theatres.Please note Our guests are invited to stay, guest requests are not automatically accepted.

Mercury Stay is a four bed, two bathroom house that provides luxury accommodation ideally located in the recently re-developed suburb of Kewdale. This lake side precinct, with its quiet tree lined streets, features multi-million dollar facilities such as 150 store shopping centre, aquatic centre and Multiplex cinema complex.

The fully equipped kitchen including premium coffee machine and stainless steel European appliances is simple to use. Delightful blinds reveal the perfect light into the dining area which is located adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats 8 people.

After a busy day sight seeing, relax in the entertainment room, curl up on the luxurious leather lounge suite and select the latest movies from our Premium Foxtel service .

There is plenty of room for your vehicles with a huge double car garage that enters directly tino the house.
A fully equipped laundry room including dryer is also located within the house.

Rest and Relax

Mercury Stay has a reverse cycle air-conditioning system to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer and will sleep up to 9 guests. Bedrooms are located away from the living area and feature a master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite with shower. There are three additional bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed with adjoining bathroom, the other two have two single beds each. (A highchair, cot, kiddies bedding, is available on request.)

The accommodation is close to all major Perth tourist attractions, public transport and freeway arteries. We can even arrange a limo tour or wedding cars if required.

Stroll down to Tomato Lake for a glimpse at exotic birdlife, follow it around on the landscaped pathways or let the kids play on the playground equipment. Walk or drive to the shopping complex featuring Belmont Forum with vibrant cafes, restaurants and over 150 specialty shops. Catch the latest feature film on Reading Cinemas Titan XC screen.
The New Perth Stadium is only 3mins drive away.
The Crown Burswood Entertainment Complex including Casino, restaurants, convention centres plus public golf course is only 4 mins away. The Ascot and Belmont Racecourses and State Tennis centre are also nearby.

5 males playing in the master's hockey championships. Clean, comfortable, spacious house that also allowed us to have a meeting with the rest of the team (17). Certainly, will try to return.

Wonderful, clean place to stay
Rod is a fantastic host. Very accomadating from check in to check out, he went above and beyond for our family. We stayed here while waiting for the arrival of our baby. The house is child friendly, had everything in it that we needed to feel like home away from home. Great location, walking distance to the shops and parks.

Great home in Fabulous location
Rod, is the manager/owner of this property in East Perth. He is very friendly, helpful and fair. His home is a modern pleasant property worthy of a long stay. It is located in East Perth in a great neighborhood that has many restaurants, stores and activities within a five minute walk. It is also very close to the Swan River with a plethora of great walks along the river bank. The Stadium is just across the river which is reached by a walking bridge, a 15 minute walk. We would certainly stay at Rod's property again if we return to Perth.

We’ve had a great stay, Property was a great home base for our group of 6. The Uber’s and trains were easy to work out for us small town folk. The only disappointment was our All Blacks losing to Australia in the rugby but the new stadium was fantastic!! We all enjoyed Perth and I’d highly recommend this property. Thanks Rod!

Beyound our expectations
My wife was concerned about the lack of reviews of this property for the past few months. We discovered that Rod the owner doesn't ask people to write a review so we were pleased to find the house above and beyond expectations. With 8 people staying in the house we had ample space and bedding for everyone, lovely lounge area and seperate entertaiment room plus a delightful dining area. It is really close to some great restaurants and one of Perths best places for dim sum. Thanks Rod, we'll definetly be back next year.r

Beautiful & Comfortable stay for a family of 8
We love this house! It has 4 rooms and big enough to accommodate a family of 8. The house has simple decors and allows a cosy and comfortable stay. It is child friendly with no sharp kitchen top corners. It is only a few mins drive away from Belmont Forum Shopping Centre where there are Woolsworth, Coles, Kmart and Big W.

Perfect in every way
Spotlessly clean; great space (2 indoor living areas and one outside) great location; wonderful owners great value. Only suggestion: Add a can opener to the drawer of utensils- I could not find one. NOTE: We stayed January 2016 but this was not an option in the drop down boxes

Superb home
We loved our stay at the Mercury stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family. It was well equipped and everything we needed was to hand. We used the train to get into Perth city, which was only a 15 minute walk to the station. Rod was very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Just FANTASTIC
7 adults from Geraldton stayed at Mercury Stay in 2014 for a student excursion. It was near-by most places we wanted to visit, and there was a pub, shopping centre and pizza venue just down the road at Belmont Forum (what more do students need?!). The facilities were clean, comfortable and just what we needed after long days travelling around the city. Thank you!!
