Flinders Park Cottage

Enjoy staying at this prime location, only 300m to the waters edge, with fantastic park and BBQ area overlooking Portland bay.

Great for the whole Family with or without children and fisherman.

Go for walks to town where you will find a lot of unique shopping, also just a short walk to the Tourist Tram, Whale Viewing Platform and Nuns beach.

This pet-friendly beach boasts all the qualities of fishing, snorkelling and swimming.

All facilities are modern and tidy. All linen is provided including doonas, pillows, fresh sheets and towels. (BYO linen for port-a-cot)

What's in the house

Flinders Park Cottage has a modern open-plan living area consisting of fully-equiped modern kitchen, dining and lounge with a large 50" plasma screen/digital TV, DVD player and an assortment of DVDs.

One bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, a second toilet and laundry. Outdoor Dining with large deck, table and chairs. It is a home away from home, fully equipped with all household needs including new dishwasher, porta-cot and high chair for the baby, washing machine, dryer and clothes line.

Pet and very child friendly, meaning a relaxing holiday for mum and dad. This comfortable house with a lovely big grassy backyard is great for the family holiday, with plenty of room for the kids or the dog to run around.

So bring your boat and dog so they don't get left behind.

With a wide driveway there is plenty of space for boat parking if required.

Flinders Park Cottage, Portland

A convenient house about 1.5-2 km away from the city centre and the beach. Only the living room has an air conditioner, which was inconvenient on a hot day. But every bedroom has a heater. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is only one shower, which may be inconvenient for a largy party, but there is an additional toilet.

Awesome house in Portland

Great house in a good location just north of town. The house was neat and clean with modern furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, bowls, appliances and baking trays. Nice backyard for kids to run around in and outdoor dining table and BBQ. Would be happy to stay again in the future and will be recommending to friends.

Warm, welcoming and spotless

Couldn't recommend this place enough . Everything you need and want in a stay was at this home from utensils to condiments. Home was extremely clean, well maintained and tidy . Was also in a great location only minutes walk to the beach and amazing view and short drive to the local shops .

Best house in Portland

We love to stay in this house every time we come to Portland. Clean, Comfortable, Spacious and has everything you need. Nice big, long, wide driveway to park the boat and a few cars safely. Sally is great to deal with and makes us feel at home. Will be back again soon!!!
