This is a warning. Do not deal with these people.

Property would be passable if maintained. It was not. Found broken furniture, no information booklet, no working fire alarm. Could be worked through, but:
The real problem is the owners are deceptive, muck you about, & then keep the money.
Listing included a spa (I have screen captures). It does not have this. Asking what should be done about the fire alarms & missing spa, they disavowed the listing, & in the ~15 minutes between asking the question & getting a response, the listing was changed to remove the spa.
To attempt to gaslight one so severely is intolerable. Immediately asked for a refund & found other last-minute accommodation.
Following up on refund, they insisted that involved raising the issue with Stayz, not them. Nothing on the website indicates that this is correct. So my time & the time of Stayz support was wasted confirming they had mislead again.
At the last, owners claim to have done all that they could by fixing the fire alarms, rest is all some malfunction of Stayz, & don’t see any reason for refund.
I have the screen-captures, messages, & photos to support what I say. If the owner responds about how this is all a mistake of their agent mis-listing the property, an insane coincidence that the listing was updated just after it came under scrutiny, & nothing to do with them, simply ask yourself – even if that was so, then why should I wear it & they keep all the money?
