Our emphasis is on providing the very best welcome at our luxury award winning B&B accommodation in the Noosa Hinterland, with privately owned Alexandria Retreat being unrivaled for its premium quality and outstanding service. Our location offers privacy coupled with real peace and tranquility. This property is exclusive with only two air-conditioned ensuite rooms for a maximum of four guests at any one time, for the perfect getaway. Prices quoted are based on our Garden View Room, and are per couple inclusive of breakfast. If booked, our Pool View Room may be available (Property ID: HAAU 9195485)

At 350 metres above sea level, the views are simply breathtaking, looking East over Lake Weyba to the coast taking in the beaches of Sunrise, Castaways, Marcus, Peregian and Coolum. The Bicentennial Lookout at the end of our drive offers spectacular vistas to Noosa Heads, Noosa National Park, the Cooloola Coast, as well as the Western view over Eumundi to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Wake up to a magnificent sunrise every day, enjoy the natural wildlife, take a dip in our 100,000L resort pool, or bubble away in the 10,000L spa with air seats and therapeutic hydro jets. The pool and spa are not heated. Our rooms are luxuriously appointed with their own ensuite bathroom, queen size bed, tea and coffee making facilities, drinks fridge, TV/DVD/CD, air-conditioning, fan, and the property offers free Wi-Fi. Fine top quality bed linen and branded toiletries provided.

We offer a full hearty cooked breakfast, as well as a choice of cereals, breads, jams, marmalade, fresh fruit, juices, and we can provide a more health conscious option, if required, on request. If you have a 'favourite' we are sure we can meet your wishes, just ask! And, of course, if you have special dietary needs, please let us know in advance, to avoid any disappointment. We are very proud of our food standards and customer appreciation. Served indoors, or outside on the terrace.

The easy accessible location is just 15 minutes from Noosa, with the Sunshine Coast Regional Airport only 25 minutes away, or just minutes to the Bruce Highway. Explore the renowned Eumundi Markets within a 5 minute drive. Tours can be organised whether a visit to Australia Zoo, a trip to Fraser Island, camel safari, Noosa river trip, day spa and much more. World famous Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach offers boutique shopping, great cafes, restaurants and bars.

Spend a chilled lazy day by the pool, relaxing with a cool drink on one of the many sun loungers, just reading a good book, or even arrange a massage on site. Take a evening spa with a glass of good wine, lay back and watch the stars come out.

We can arrange shuttle or taxi services, but also have ample parking on site.

Hinterland with kookaburras !!
Paul's bed and breakfast is located in a part of the Hinterland , stillness and birdlife to watch and experience whilst enjoying a delicious breakfast. Paul's attention to detail with the bedroom and other areas is very notable. Paul is welcoming, ensures your stay is enjoyable and can suggest restaurants located nearby. It's just such a lovely space to reset and enjoy and feel very spoilt . Thankyou Paul .

Paul’s place is great. Views are wonderful, breakfasts mean lunch is not required, local wildlife comes to say hello, location is peaceful, but a short drive from Noosa etc and Paul makes you feel at home. Will be back.

Absolute 5 star luxury stay. Breakfasts were to die for! Amazing fruit salad, eggs on Turkish bread and a full plate more. This was heaps better than top Hotels. We really appreciated the time and compassion put in. The host was very accommodating, informative and friendly.

Paul has a gem of a place. It is absolutely gorgeous from the light fittings to the extra large doors, the pool, and the VIEWS. Loved the kookaburras and magpies visiting every morning too. Pauls breakfasts are to die for and an amazing start to any day. There is so much to do in short distance and my husband and I were quickly able to unwind and relax surrounded by this peaceful ambiance. Thank you Paul for your hospitality and allowing us to stay at your place. It’s stunning and we hope to return in the new year. Thank you too for the crumbs to do our own special tomatoes - made my foodie hubby’s day. All the best to you!

Wonderful location. The property is light and airy with all the amenities to help you relax.
Paul is a wonderful host. Attentitive, will go out of his way to assist, and a great cook. He makes you feel at home without imposing. The property is well kept and maintenance is prompt. I would recommend this property as an escape for any couple with a pool and local walking tracks. It is also a fantastic staging point to go into Noosa and take advantage of the beaches and restaurants. We will certainly seek to stay Alexandria Retreat when we next visit the Sunshine Coast.

Absolutely Beautiful!
My mum and I stayed at Alexandria just after Christmas. We were astounded by the breathtaking views and beauty of the room. Our hosts looked after our every need and the breakfast was delicious and extremely filling. I especially enjoyed seeing the wallabies outside of our room in the mornings. If you are looking for a beautiful Australian experience I highly recommend Alexandria retreat.
