Set on Kookootonga Nut Farm in its own private garden, the cottage won't disappoint the holidaymaker looking for an authentic mountain experience in a quiet and easily accessible location.
- Offering two good sized light filled bedrooms with pretty garden views from each window
- Cosy lounge room including reverse cycle air conditioning, gas heating and Tv/Dvd player
- Well equipped country-style kitchen including dishwasher and coffee pod machine.
- Sunny dining room overlooking the front garden
- Lovely sunroom - the perfect place to curl up with a book and enjoy the bird life and quiet mountain ambience.
- Family-style bathroom and separate toilet.
- Available for guest use is a portable cot, with sheets and highchair.
- Cottage garden overlooking nut orchard
- Single car garage + additional driveway parking.
No parties, functions or gatherings are permitted.
Guest numbers are as per your reservation only.
