Lake Front With Private Dock, Incredible 3 Bed/3 Bath House

Absolutely awesome lake front premier property with its own 28 ft private dock. The house is newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home. The house is very nice in a nice neighborhood and not simply a cabin. Wood floors and carpets accommodate this perfect vacation rental that has a master bedroom with king bed and on suite bathroom. The home also has a bunk room and a room with a queen. The couches in the huge living room features hide away beds if you are seeking to sleep a couple of extra kids. The house has a washer and dryer, nice TVs, fire pit, private dock, propane grill, coffee maker, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and incredible lake views. There is parking for any size boat trailer and number of cars. In the Gravois Arm and easy road access with a community dock, if you are in the know, it’s by far the best rental for the money on the lake.

View is amazing

I would have given this house a 5 star stay but because of the sofa in the living room so old that when you sit down you sank all the way to the buttom. The house is cute, a little older but in really good shape, very nice layout with plenty of bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen is set up great with island, just stove and sink are old. If you want to stay here and love coffee, make sure you bring your own coffee pot, the house only has coffee pot for 5 cups. We really enjoyed the dock wish we could use the boat slip for our boat since we were in the big tournament. There is a community ramp we could not use water is low, and the boat ramp was steep and in shallow water. Overall, we had a great stay, will come back again if house has a better seating arrangement.Thank you

Lake House

This lake house was fantastic for the price. We stayed with seven people comfortably for a weekend, and had a great time indoors and outside by the firepit and lounging on the dock. Would definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway.

Great get away!

Everything was great! Only issue was our boat (30') was too long for the boat ramp, but owner helped us find another ramp not very far away. Appreciated the great communication!

Nice Place

We had a good time at this house. The real selling point was the dock on the water, as we had our own pontoon that we used and we went out on it quite a bit. The lake was busy, but as to be expected for the week of the 4th of July. One minor thing: If you're a coffee drinker, make sure you bring your own pot--the house only has a 5 cup carafe. Also, the garbage disposal didn't work during our stay (We contacted Jane and she was going to send someone out at the end of our stay), but that wasn't the end of the world. Overall, I would recommend. We had a good time.

It was ok

I feel the owner really needs to know how their cleaning crew is doing. The 2 things I always look at is cleanliness and comfort. When we walked up to front door it was dirty. The stove was filthy. I could see the crud under the coils. I didn’t dare lift the stove top. When we sat down on the couches we sank so low we needed help to get out. We had to put pillows down just so we could sit on them. We loved the dock. We were going to cook out on the grill but it didn’t work and it was filthy. I did call the owner about it and she was gracious and got us a new grill.We had to clean the table and chairs in the deck before we could sit at it. It still had the old leaves all over the deck. It could have been swept. A couple of the steps really need to be fixed. I hate having to leave this kind of review. We don’t expect perfection but this house needs a better cleaning crew and better comfort.

Great location

The house is spacious and clean. The fishing is great, caught lots of fish off the dock. It’s a nice quiet area. The property is close to stores and restaurants. Had a very good time there.

weekend getaway

3 of us just wanted to get away for the weekend drink a little beer go fishing and relax . Found the perfect spot. Very relaxing house and cove. check in and out could not have gone better. Must say the house was very very clean .

Perfect for our family of 7! Deer and a camel! 2 bald eagles by the dock. Can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful stay with all the amenities of home! Quick response to questions and adding an extra day stay. The dock is easy to get to even if disabled. Perfect place to stay!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here! Having the convenience of our own dock and quick access to a ramp was great. A tip from us to you- go ahead and unload your boat before heading to the house. It was a little though getting down and around the driveway with the boat. Other than that, it was great.

Wonderful getaway weekend

We enjoyed our weekend stay with our four adult children. The property is lovely, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming. The sunsets are gorgeous. The kitchen had all the cookware and appliances we needed for a weekend of family meals. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and the house was spacious enough that the six of us were not tripping over each other. The large parking area was nice as well, we had three vehicles and plenty of room. Highly recommend!!

Great Vacation spot!

This was the perfect spot! The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the dock and watching all of the deer. Definitely a great place to vacation!

Our best yet!

We stay every summer at the lake and have been house hopping since losing our long time rental to a sale. This hime is at a great location, easy access and very clean. We love the short walk to the dock, the beautiful mornings and nights on the deck and the location on the water! We will definitely be back… until we find our own home at the lake!

We found the best

We come down down several times during the summer. and have for several years. Always rent at different places. This place is by far the best ever. Had to go bigger this year as 8 grandkids came with us. We had no problem with sleeping arrangements. Getting there was really easy if you follow Jane directions. Do not go by GPS it will send you down wrong road. She is right there is plenty of parking. The minute we walked in we knew we picked the right place. Having a public boat ramp close by was a extra bonus. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Jane was very responsive to our every question. The cove especially during week was pretty calm. Did a lot of tubing and raft riding. As expected the kids were happy just swimming. Or playing on the swim mat Jane was very helpful with us finding one. Until one caught a fish off the dock. Then they all wanted to fish. All but the two youngest caught fish. I could go on and on about this place. But bottom line is I would recommend it to anyone. Jane was the best and we look forward to staying there again.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed this water level property. The dock was little questionable, (just out dated), but we were able to dock a 24 ft pontoon and enjoy swimming off the dock. The cove was in the Gravois Arm and very convenient to many restaurants. The living room was spacious but set up really weird. Overall, excellent stay and will rent again.
