Chic One Bedroom Villa in the Heart of Trendy Seminyak
Villa Kapai is a 1 Bedroom Private Villa in the very center of trendy Seminyak. One of 6 beautiful new “Shophouses” built in 2018 to the highest standards, Villa Kapai backs on to Seminyak Square and Bali's famous "Eat Street", yet remains a quiet oasis in a private lane with no through-traffic. Bali’s beach clubs are an easy stroll, with iconic Motel Mexicola only 4 minutes away (425m). Seminyak’s famed boutiques and Spas are all at your doorstep, with famouse cafes such as Sisterfields and Revolver less than 100 yards away.
Villa Kapai is perfect for couples young and old - it is beautifully decorated with a small living area that flows out onto a generous outdoor area with a lovely pool and garden.
Please note a villa is being constructed next door (will finish early December). The owner is very considerate and is restricting any noisy works to between the hours of 10am and 5pm. Generally we have found the noise has not impacted the majority of our guests stay, but we have discounted the Room Rate all the same.

Seminyak is all about experiences, whether via its famed beach clubs, bars and restuarants or boutiques. Its also a pretty hectic with so many people visiting all these outstanding places within a small area - Villa Kapai is unique in being a quiet little oasis in the very heart of all of this cool madness! Our guests all love the fact that from the Villa you can go absolutely everywhere on foot.
