Hello, Having taken a conservative & respectful approach re Corona Virus, we are pleased to be accepting bookings for double vaccinated guests (those eligible for vaccination). Refer to calendar. Standard COVID questions apply to guests (any symptoms, known close contact, just back from a COVID area). We are sensible and fair with any cancellations due to COVID issues. We have provide full refunds for several bookings that could not go ahead due to COVID-19.

Idyllic location and outlook on The Esplanade. 80m to nature board walk through dunes to Surf Beach; not crowded like some of the other beaches.
Wonderful large and bright living room and well appointed kitchen all overlooking the dunes, with ocean and bay views. Expansive views including the bay from wide wrap-around decks with undercover BBQ. Ideal setting for a large family, or 2 families, or a group of friends. Good size back yard. Lots of parking space on property and outside.
Where practical, we try to offer early arrival and late departure.
*** NOTE - Linen is NOT provided - Please bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillow slips and towels ***
Located between San Remo and Cowes, handy to race track whilst offering a peaceful beach location.
4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets (1 in en-suite + 1 separate downstairs).
Main bedroom upstairs- queen with large en-suite
2nd bedroom downstairs - queen
3rd bedroom downstairs - bunk, + single + trundle (4 beds)
4th bedroom (small) downstairs - bunk (2 beds)
Unlimited free WiFi. Two flat screen TVs, one smart and one with DVD player.
Coffee pod machine and milk frother; lots of pods provided.
Potential use of Double Lock-up Garage (for motor bikes) subject to negotiation with owner.
The house is generally available for minimum of 2 nights except for some special occasions where minimum nights is greater.

Security Deposit is fully refundable after inspection confirming property condition is same as on arrival, neat, tidy, clean, dishes washed and put away.
