The entire home is yours to enjoy. A 4-digit code provided prior to arrival will give you keyless entry throughout your stay.

Guidelines

Stay Requirements: 4-night minimum stay from Labor Day to Memorial Day; 7-night minimum stay from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Check-In: 4:00 p.m.

Check-Out: 9:00 a.m.

Parking: Primary parking (up to 4 cars) accessible from Harbor Street (rear access); additional street parking on Leelanau Avenue (front access)

Garbage/Recycling: Weekly curbside service; central recycle station near Frankfort City Boat Launch

Pets: Not permitted

Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted on the property

Parties/Special Events: Not permitted

Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years

Fires: Open wood burning not permitted inside or outside due to health restrictions of a neighbor. Violation incurs a $500 penalty.

Compliance with the neighborhood guidelines established by the City of Frankfort, as published in the Frankfort Good Neighbor Guide (a copy provided in the home), is required.
