Indulge yourself in this tranquil retreat in idylic South Durras. Everything that you dream of in that special holiday is here. Beach and natural bush surrounds you - leading to a relaxed break where you can swim, fish, bushwalk or just enjoy your favorite book or magazine.

NATURAL BEAUTY is displayed in flora and fauna that will provide wonderful photographic memories for a lifetime - from Kangaroos in the front yard, fabulous Parrots and other birdlife, together with the odd Goanna strolling through. Echidna, Ducks, Rabbits and Possum visit regularly.

Pristine BEACHES and DURRAS LAKE are a short distance away and Dolphins, Sting Rays and other sea animals, including Whales can be seen seasonally.

FISHING - yes, you cant beat it for relaxation. The Lake is a great spot to unwind and maybe, catch dinner.

BATEMANS BAY is only 20 Minutes Drive from South Durras and boasts excellent
Restaurants, Clubs and Cinema. The Clyde Estuary is great to cruise on and
shopping is excellent in "The Bay"

Wake early or sleep late - Birdsong in the morning and the sound of the sea to relax or retire with.
We provide FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST for short stayers or bring your own and take advantage of our Barbecue on the balcony. (Electric Barbecue as fire restrictions apply)

Quiet comfort

Tranquility & restful stay.

Suzanne and Manuel (property owners) are the nicest people to stay with nothing is too much trouble for them, house is clean with all basic amenities needed. A very tranquil and restful spot near lovely beaches. We recommend this site for a peaceful and restful stay for anyone stressed or overworked . Allan & Carolyn.

Sadly short stay

We stay there. For two days. Just a lovely place. With all you need for home away from home. Host. Where. Very friendly and. Even to the extend asking ask what type of bread and milk we like. Love that special touch they gave. And we Meet then they where . Very polite and welcoming. Will stay again there and tell friends. If they plan to travel around there

Paradise

Had a great time! The home is organised so that you get full privacy, there are two good sized rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and internet! The beach is super close and fantastic fun! Would highly recommend

Great place to stay, couldn't ask for anything more. Awesome hosts. 5 stars all round.

Property as described, very neat and tidy. Lovely owners live downstairs and could not have been more helpful. Lovely seeing kangaroos on the front lawn in the evening. Five stars, two thumbs up.

Perfect setting for enjoying wildlife, woods, and beaches

This property is set in a quiet part of the Murramurang National Park. Nearby beaches are attractive and uncrowded ( or certainly at this time of year). One can watch kangaroos who graze and pose obligingly on the lawn beside the property's porch . The owners' approach is just the right balance between being helpful and unobtrusive. A lovely area, well worth re-visiting.

Sweet and relaxing place to stay

This is a perfect, relaxed little place to stay. Place has a totally relaxed coast vibe. Place was very clean, tidy and well maintained. Very spacious considering it sleeps 3 people. Fans were available and made sleeping possible in the heat! Susanne was an excellent host and communication was great. She provided staples such as bread, tea, coffee and cereal. We would definitely consider staying again. Thank you Susanne.

Great location, comfortable stay & lovely hosts

We loved our stay in South Durras, it was clean, cosy and very homely. The extras included by Susanne were generous and appreciated. Only a short distance to the beach with great views of wildlife from the front balcony and living room. We would stay again, thanks for your hospitality.
