A short 300m walk to Hayborough's protected beach. Watch the famous Cockle Train pass as you swim and explore the sandy beach.

Easy walking distance to Coles and other shopping.

Where is Hayborough? Centrally located between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. Offering easy access to safe swimming beaches, bike and walking tracks along the foreshore.

The house

Modern house comprising; 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen with dishwasher, separate laundry, enclosed back yard, garage and outdoor entertaining area, fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning plus additional bedroom fans. Two queen beds, king single with trundle bed and four bunks sleeping ten.

Accommodates 10 guests.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (separate toilet close to living area). The second bedroom, upstairs, has a king single bed with trundle.

The third bedroom, downstairs, has a queen size bed and is next to the fourth bedroom which has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4). A separate bathroom, including bath, and toilet is downstairs.

The upstairs kitchen, living area and balcony offer stunning sea view towards Chiton Rocks and Port Elliot.

Downstairs there is a second lounge room suitable for the kids, undercover outdoor entertainment area and BBQ facilities.

There's room for a game of cricket in the backyard.

A portacot it is available for use.

Please note that Cloudbreak IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HIRE DURING SCHOOLIES and the person booking must be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the property. A higher bond applies for those booking who are under 30 years of age.

Perfect for two families
The split level layout of the property was ideal for staying with a second family. The kitchen/living area also had a door to prevent little ones venturing out into the hallway and stairs. We loved watching the sunrise over the ocean every morning and the property is close to amenities. We had a great stay and won't hesitate to stay again when we return.

This was our second stay at Cloudbreak with friends. Comfortable house with everything we needed. Good to have a second lounge area downstairs for kids. Also appreciated a dining table big enough to seat us altogether! Enjoyed the sea views from the balcony.

Great facilities
We stayed with friends, both families with 2 children 6-9 years old and found everything we needed and more. The great surprise was the size of the backyard, the kids had a great time playing cricket and kicking the footy. There was certainly enough space inside for everyone as well. The kitchen is well set up which make cooking for a group easy. There’s quick access to the beach and a nice bike ride to the centre of town. We certainly found the location handy.

Such a great place to relax!!
'Cloudbreak' was a fantastic property!! Was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space for two families with children and teenagers. Spacious and very clean, with comfortable bedrooms and furniture, and everything we needed for a long weekend! Being able to fit all ten of us comfortably around the dining table was brilliant!! Located right on the bikeway between Victor and Goolwa, and minutes from the beach. Lovely views, yet so close to all the local amenities. Owners, Lyn and Sean, were so friendly and easy to communicate with, we really appreciated the later checkout on our last day too. We had such a great weekend, thanks for having us Lyn and Sean!!

Great location ten minute walk to the beach. Close to bike path. Loved the balcony. Very appreciative of washer/dryer. Be mindful you must provide your own sheets and towels!! Sean was very communicative and graciously allowed us to stay a couple hours after check out as my daughter had a zoom meeting.

Great place for 2 families of 4 - 1 upstairs, 1 down. Plenty of space for everyone. Lovely big kitchen with everything you need - except a coffee machine which would be a good addition :) Great spot in Hayborough, in between Port Elliot and Victor Harbour. Wifi and chrome cast so you can stream from your streaming services to tv with no issues. We will return!

Our stay at Cloud break was perfect. The house is excellently setup for groups of people to stay in. It has all the necessary finishing's for both a long and short stay. It's location is very close to Victor Harbor town but also a stones throw from the beach. We couldn't have asked for more from our extended stay. Thanks guys.

Easter getaway
Renting this property was a breeze with great communication with the manager. To be honest the photos don’t do this property enough justice. Was a lot larger than anticipated. And the views of the ocean bigger than what was shown online. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay
Property was spacious and well presented. It was well positioned in reference to shops, sights, beach and walking/riding trails. The weather was cool for the first few days and the location allowed us to easily attend non beach activities like the wildlife park, the cockle train and a winery. When the weather warmed up the beach was close and the kids loved the sand castle building. We would stay here again if it is available next time we come this way.

Seamless Stay at Hayborough!
I can't really fault this place, from dealing with the owners to the house itself. The house was spotlessly clean and it was so easy dealing with Sean and Lyn. The view you get on the balcony is absolutely stunning! I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking to explore Victor Harbor and the surrounding suburbs.

Perfect for us!
Cloudbreak was the perfect getaway for us! We had plenty of room to spread out in the lounge area with couches & family sized table.
