Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac Two minutes walk to the beach.

One bedroom upstairs with Queen bed plus single sofa bed, and a double sofa bed downstairs.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer.
Coffee pod machine & selection of gourmet teas. Basic cooking condiments supplied.

Washing Machine and Clothes line

Bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity basin & mirror

High chair & portable cot available for infants.

Undercover car parking.
Room for a boat. Wash-down facility available. Fish Cleaning Facility available on request. Freezer available to store your catch.

Great location for fit people with dogs
A lovely property, in a lovely location, but not really suitable for us. We are elderly and the toilet was up steep stairs. The outdoor area is lovely and ideal for dogs.

Lovely beach accommodation for my pup and I. The owners have put in extra effort to give the house a beachy, relaxing vibe.Felt very much at home with 5 minutes easy walk to beautiful Carrickalinga beach and 2 min drive to Normanville for great cafes..

Irene & John’s property was perfect for us. Only a minute from the beach, it had ample parking and great living spaces both inside and outside. A lovely retreat for a couple. Our hosts were very welcoming & friendly & even had fresh produce from their garden for us to enjoy. Thank you!

Great little place!
Nice little property. We booked a single night as a last-minute school holiday getaway but this would be perfect for a longer stay. Quiet, clean and tidy, plenty of space indoors and out for the three of us, and close to the beach. We'll be back!

Relaxing getaway close to beach
We would like to thank John and Irene for once again providing excellent accommodation for our stay. It was our 2nd stay at this premises and we and our 2 dogs enjoyed your hospitality immensely and we will be back again. If you are a couple with a dog or 2 and looking for a quiet, no fuss, comfortable accommodation only minutes from the beach and to town then this is the place.
