This renovated 3 bedroom cottage is positioned on a hilltop in Milton overlooking a lush rural landscape, and offers the best of both worlds, being only a short drive to Ulladulla and the beautiful Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches.

Breezy Brae cottage is an escape from city living and is the perfect place to relax and unwind all year round. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people and consists of three bedrooms, a queen master bedroom, a trio bunk room (double with single bunk above) and a single in the third, one bathroom, kitchen, open plan living and dining area with TV and DVD player, laundry facilities (washer and dryer]) and outdoor dining with BBQ.

Milton is located approximately 3 hours drive south of sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra. The area has something to offer everyone from the adventurous or sports enthusiasts to those who take a more relaxed approach. Enjoy the choice of surfing, fishing, bushwalking, trail riding or maybe golf just to name a few. Visit Cupitts winery, book a treatment at Bannisters day spa, indulge at Rick Steins restaurant, or take a stroll along the waterfront and harbour. With many homeware and gift shops, there is plenty to keep mum entertained. Catch a movie at the cinema, or dine at one the the many resturaunts just minutes away.

Outstanding

What a fantastic stay! From our 3 year old waking up every morning so excited to collect the morning eggs from the chicken coop to the beautiful summer evenings sitting on the balcony overlooking the sunset with a beer this place has it all. Would recommend wholeheartedly and will definitely be back!

Relaxing Bucolic Outlook

Lovely quiet country property set well back from the road, with only the noise of cattle to disturb the silence. The outlook from the front verandah over the fields is lovely, and made a very pleasant place for a glass of red. Kitchen is well equipped, and beds very comfortable. Minor issue was the lack of wi-fi, and the awkward placement of the toilet and bathroom in relation to the bedrooms. Kevin the owner was great. This is a fine place if you want to get away from noise, don't mind being a bit away from the beach, bars and shopping, and can cope without internet.

Cows & Clouds

We had a lovely stay at Kevin's cottage. Spent lots of time on the verandah watching the cows and the clouds and chilling out. Beautiful sunsets and classic fresh country morning views of the valley. The cottage is very comfy and nicely appointed. Will definitely go back for more and bonus if you're a dog lover two gorgeous well mannered sociable beagles.

Clean and comfortable

If you’re after a property that’s clean and comfortable with a pretty outlook, a nice walk (20 min approx) to the town of Milton, A 5 minute drive to the beach in mollymook with the convenience of the hosts being next door incase you require anything, than this is your place. We absolutely loved our stay in this very comfortable cottage & look forward to staying again.

Perfect for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Our children spent many hours playing in the yard, and with the children who love on the property…this was the highlight of our stay to be honest, and our kids are desperate to return. Great location and beautiful views over the Milton valley. When can we return!??

Clean n Cozy....

It had all you need from kitchen appliances and utensils... also cleaning products and towels.... the owner also left us a new bottle of milk, honey, Vegemite and peanut butter... Laundry complete with washing machine and dryer (being your own detergent) Living room with clean furniture, TV split system, fans to all rooms... Bedrooms and beds super clean and comfy beds with linen, pillows and fresh towels... Access was perfect even if you're pushing a strawler or wheel chair... Negatives: #the front door was only lockable from the inside #there was no wifi signal or password provided however we didn't ask as we only stayed 2 nights and spent most of the time out... #when flushing the toilet it takes way to long for the tank to fill up so if you are there with another family or friends is a bit embarrassing cause 2 people cannot use the toilet straight away after each other....I didnt have that problem as I only stayed with my immediate family and we are a bit tolerant.... Strongly recommend this place... I would go there again... Thanks to the owners....

A Perfect Escape From the City

Thanks Kellie and Kevin for your generous hospitality, at Breezy Brae Cottage. It was so easy to relax here overlooking the rolling green hills and watching the cows meander around. With stunning beaches only a hop, skip and a jump away. The cottage is modern, super clean, very generously appointed, calming and extremely comfortable. All the comforts of home. Kellie & Kevin are very welcoming, friendly and respectful. We’ll definitely come and stay again.

Serenity with a view

Breezy Brae is a very homely and beautiful cottage offering three spacious and light filled bedrooms and a clever floor plan with a two-way bathroom. It is nicely furnished and decorated, the kitchen is very well appointed. The front covered verandah is the perfect place to relax with a stunning view over undulating hills. Kevin is a great host. Thank you for your hospitality!

Peaceful getaway

The house was spotless and Kevin was very friendly and a great host. Would be great for families as there is a great play area for children. Lovely sitting on the verandah looking at the nice view. Very comfortable, and thoughtful inclusions. We will be back!

Great experience in the country - Perfect for families with kids- surrounded by rolling hills, looking over fields with cows, chicken coop out the back, kids loved playing in the cubby house & patti g the friendly dogs.

Peaceful break from the city

Breezy Brae Cottage was the perfect location for our short weekend escape from Sydney. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views over the surrounding farmland. Kevin went above and beyond and even set up a little fire pit outside so we could enjoy the stars. Thanks for welcoming us to your property!

Fun and comfort for the whole family.

The cottage was in a good location with beautiful views. Lots of fun for the kids, friendly dogs, rabbits, bulls, games and a trampoline. Lots of space for the whole family. A short walk to the bakery. A shirt drive to the beach and lagoon. Highly recommended.

Charming and totally relaxing

We loved everything about our stay at Breezy Brae - the cottage was very comfortable with gorgeous views over the valley below, a taste of country living while being only a stone's throw from Milton and its mix of traditional and sophisticated boutiques & cafes, 5 minutes from Mollymook & Narrawalee beaches and accommodating hosts in Kevin & Kerry. Awesome!

Kevin’s cottage is delightful. He and his wife were very welcoming and their dogs are energetic and playful :) The cottage itself feels like a home, with all of the little comforts and furnishings that make your stay so much more enjoyable. A great three bedroom layout was great for our family of 5. Amazing views over the rolling hills with stunning sunsets every night. Very much recommended!
