Clean, easy access to transit, a terrific host

My sister and I stayed here for a week in November and were very pleased. The suite is lovely - well decorated, cared for and maintained. It is right on the King Street street car line and close to everything. The space is not huge but perfect for the two of us as the bedrooms are apart from each other which allowed for privacy. Molly is wonderful. She was welcoming and so helpful. Highly recommend this renter and rental.

Very modern, beautifully decorated, very comfortable especially the beds!

The apartment was perfect for the three of us. Molly is the perfect host, very welcoming and always available to help with any questions we had about getting around Toronto. The apartment is in a quiet area the tram stop is at the end of the road. For only three dollars you can get a tram downtown which takes ten minutes. Toronto is a fantastic place with lots to do and see. Don't miss the aquaruim, CN tower and of course the totally amazing Niagara Falls. If you are thinking of visiting Toronto I would recommend staying at Molly's apartment. Thanks for everything Molly.

Amazing property in Toronto

This property is a great base for visiting Toronto. it has been decorated to a very high standard with lovely furnishings, very comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need including an outdoor area if you are lucky with the weather. We were visiting from the UK after two weeks of touring Canada and this just felt like being at home and my teenage son enjoyed his own space. From booking this apartment Mollys communication was fantastic, helping with questions on trips and pick up points. She gave you a full tour on arrival and checked in on you most days to see if there was anything you needed, she was an excellent host. You were only a couple of minutes walk to a supermarket and to catch the streetcar to downtown area, then only a short walk to Union station or a little further to CN Tower, Aquarium and Harbourfront. It was a shame the islands were closed but we still took a boat trip and enjoyed walking along the lakeshore boulevard which is not far from the apartment. Niagara Falls trip is a must if you have time, and Niagara on the Lake is very pretty. As we are from the UK and designer brands are rather expensive we also took the free shuttle to Vaughan Mills where we found some good bargains. The City Pass is also value for money if you want to visit the attractions. Good places to eat nearby we liked Daiko on Queen street and of course The Keg. I would recommend to anyone visiting Toronto.

Great two day getaway

We went to Toronto for two days at the beginning of the week. There were four of us (two adults and two teenage boys). Molly was an excellent hostess. Despite having many problems with my credit card being blocked when I was trying to book (my bank was trying to protect me), Molly was very patient and nice until the problem was solved. She made us feel extremely welcome and always answered all of our questions (many of them), very promptly. The apartment was very cosy and very nicely decorated. There was a lot of room for 4 people to have their own space when needed. It is very conveniently located and is close to many amenities, such as a grocery store (No Frills), about 100 meters from the rental, King St (which has street cars running regularly, only about 10 minutes from the Roger Centre and the CN Tower), and the beautiful Lakeshore path, which is great for walking, running and biking (I enjoyed a very nice run to Ontario place and back, which is about 5 km in total). I highly recommend her beautiful place and will also recommend it to my friends visiting Toronto.

Excellent Hospitality!!!

Me and my 2 of my friends crashed here for 4 days and it was perfect. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and has a variety of stores and restaurants you can try out, and it's located not to far from all the downtown action. Molly was very hospitable and polite. Her communication skills are impeccable, and if you need anything, just make sure to ask her in time and she will be glad to help you with what you need. Molly made our first experience in Toronto stress free, and comfortable, and I definitely see a return to this lovely flat. Thank you Molly!

Property is excellent!

We're very happy that we chose to stay here. Molly was very friendly and very accommodating. She made sure that our stay was worthwhile. I am so inlove with the kitchen too. I want exactly the same design for my kitchen. The appliances were high end and the bedrooms were amazing! Too bad it was raining that we did not get the chance to enjoy the amazing backyard. Everything was clean which I am very happy about because we had our little baby with us. Very close to Toronto attractions like CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Casa Loma and ROM. Walking distance to No Frills and Laudromat. I highly recommend this place for an enjoyable and convenient stay in Toronto. I would definitely come back if we get to stay in Toronto again. :)

Great weekend away with Friends

We were extremely pleased when walking into this amazingly decorated two bedroom condo. The designing of the unit is fantastic...we even would like to renovate some of our house after spending time in here. Clean, meticulous, and nothing forgotten in this gem. The kitchen is FULLY stocked.....you want a toaster, it's there, you want a slow cooker?, it's there....you want a wok?...it's there...you want a garlic press?....it's there along with an abundance of condiments and spices....you really don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Great spot in close proximity to everything and beds are very comfortable. Molly was superb to work with as well. We will be back here or even try her 1 bedroom as well. Thank you!

Beautiful and spotless accomodations

I had a conference in Toronto and stayed at this VRBO. It was meticulously clean with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are super comfortable. Molly helped me navigate the subway system and showed me how to load the Uber app on my phone. I would not hesitate to stay again in this 5 star accommodation. There is even a Tim Hortons a quick two minute walk up the road! Thank you for your kindness and support Molly. For a woman travelling alone I felt secure and very comfortable.

Amazing!!!

Firstly, Molly was an amazing host. She was very sweet and her response time is impeccable! She welcomed us even when we arrived a couple of hours after check in time. She was always checking in with us to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The pictures do this place no justice...The apartment is amazing, made me want to change the decor in my own apartment =) ! It was very clean and everything you need is there. The location is good, it's about 10 minutes to downtown Toronto. My girlfriends and i went to medieval times (5 minutes away) and some night clubs. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family!

Great apartment! Great host!

The apartment is everything you could ask for. It is very clean, modern, and stylish and its location, a few minutes walk from the lake shore to the south and queen street to the north, make it ideal for exploring the cool neighbourhoods of High Park and Roncesvalles or easily accessing the city centre. The host, Molly, is absolutely superb! She is very helpful and easily reached if you have any questions. Full marks for this rental! You won't be disappointed!!

Great host and perfectly located property!

First let me start by thanking Molly for being so quick and thorough with her responses EVERY TIME. The property is exactly as pictured and described with EVERYTHING you will need or even want! Molly was gracious enough to even stock the property with water, soda, coffee, sugar, tea and a few other items for our stay. Upon check-in she gave us a tour and provided suggestion for places to eat and visit while we were in Toronto. There were so many shops and restaurants walking distance from the property, we had a hard time deciding where to eat! When there was an error with payments due to last minute booking, she was very understanding and patient while we sorted and corrected the problem with HomeAway customer service. The property was absolutely clean and the beds very comfortable. Great host, amazing property, perfect location! We will be back next year and will recommend to others! Thanks again Molly!

I am an outgoing, easy going and friendly person. I am a computer engineer and also an interior design consultant.
Design and travel are my passion!
I renovated, designed and decorated my space with my heart and soul so I hope you will love it too. I am so excited to welcome guests from all around the world!

Why they chose this property

My house is the Victorian style that close to main downtown core and the Queen St. West which is full of bars, restaurants and shops with short walking distance. You are close to all actions but far enough to be quiet and peaceful when sleeping at night. It is very convenient to commute to the house with or without a car. It is close to the highway which is convenient to get to the airport and convenient to get to core downtown to watch the Blue Jays game or visit CN Tower.

What makes this property unique

The suite is newly renovated, so everything is very new and quality products only I chose. And as you are staying in the house so it is more private like staying at your home with backyard and terrace than the high building with all the concrete.
