Needed a home for visiting family and this was perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze and all conveniences were available. Communication with the owner was prompt and he was proactive in offering information. Great stay!
Steps away from the water and lovely neighborhood. Michael has happy to share information before and during the trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed.
We were able rent bikes and bike all the trails. Took an Uber to locations downtown for dinner. The house was very nice and the owner was very organized and thorough.
We had a great time!
A lovely time spent in the Nusbaum's home. Wake up to the sound of gulls, hear the ship's horn as it pulls into port. Walk along the beach or meander downtown. Stroll down to Fisherman's Wharf and grab some fish and chips. Take a drive north and take in the beautiful shoreline of Vancouver Island. All this and more in easy proximity. The owners are gracious, and the home is spacious. A memorable time for our family. Would love to return someday!
Owner was extremely helpful . Location was great . House is very nice and feels like a home rather than just a rental . All our family enjoyed the stay.
We would definitely recommend to a friend and return ourselves
This was our first trip to Victoria, and enjoyed our stay very much. The owner of the house made sure everything went smoothly, and was always available to contact. We loved the location of the house, especially walking down the beach at sunset every night. It was nice to relax in such a peaceful house and neighborhood after busy days sightseeing! The people in Victoria are warm and gracious.
Amazing, whole house, in the perfect neighbourhood
A wonderful stay with very attentive hosts. Michael was always available by messenger and quickly replied to any questions.
What a treat to have a whole house for our family to enjoy and not have to worry about noise or disruptions! Rare to be able to have three bedrooms as well so everyone could have their own sleeping space.
Can’t say enough great things about the house and the location is to die for! Just off Dallas Road and less than a 10 minute walk to the park. Was able to walk downtown for dinner in half an hour. Also have lots of great options on Cook Street (which is less than 15 minute walk away) if you don’t want to go downtown.
Would definitely stay here again if we had the chance.

A wonderful weekend away
We had a great time in this character home. The house and location couldn't be any better. 5 min to the ocean, 10 min to Beacon Hill park and very walkable to downtown Victoria. It's a thumbs up from our group.

Dream place to stay on our trip!
The home was in a perfect location, felt very charming, and just overall wonderful experience. Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy; Mr. Nusbaum (host/homeowner) thought of everything and was well-prepared for guests with plenty of helpful information during the stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Comfortable and spacious accommodations. Walking distance to beautiful park and the ocean. Easy biking distance if you'd like, to downtown Victoria. I would hands-down stay here again, and recommend this place highly!!!!

Beautiful home and great location.
My family of 4 enjoyed our white Christmas in Victoria and loved staying at this property. It was clean, well-maintained and a block away from the beach and breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains. The pictures in the listing are accurate and the owners provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this lovely house to family and friends and would stay here again.

Very Comfortable in a great location
We spent a week with our two grandchildren and our daughter and her husband. There is so much to see and do in Victoria and this house is in a fabulous location to explore. One of the kids favourite places was the playground in Beaconhill Park, just a few blocks away. We also had fun geocaching in the park. The kids loved the Bug Zoo, potholes park, zip lining, scooters and lots of other activities.

Christmas in Victoria
Beautiful older home in Victoria, very comfortable. We had a wonderful holiday there with our two adult daughters and their husbands. Plenty of room for all six of us with space to be together as well as apart. We were able to walk to town, about 1 1/2 miles from the house as well as to Beacon Hill Park and the Juan de Fuca trail. While in Victoria we visited the Craigdarroch Castle and the Butchart Gardens Christmas lights. Definitely a lovely place to spend the Holidays. The home owner left a wonderful little booklet with where to go for the best values and groceries - this was extremely helpful as we had only ever day tripped to Victoria in the past.
