Close to all of Victor Harbor's facilities you will find this fabulous, newly renovated beachfront townhouse has superb sea views from the balcony, kitchen, dining and living areas. Large balcony with outdoor setting, alfresco umbrella and BBQ. Modern throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and plumbed water filter. Dining and living area with Flat Screen TV with Chromecast, Blue-ray DVD player, bluetooth speaker, wireless phone charger and reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans in kitchen and living areas.

One King bedroom upstairs with iPod dock, wireless phone charger and ceiling fan.
Bathroon upstairs with shower, toilet and vanity

Downstairs features main bedroom with sea views, Queen bed, flat screen TV, ipod dock and ceiling fan. Double access bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. Third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Lovely courtyard at the rear with outdoor setting and a remote controlled lock up double garage.

Lovely

Beautiful overlooking the water and weather was great. Some nights could be a little noisy due to location but overall was a great stay. Walking distance to everything

Convenient well equipped apartment.

Convenient well equipped apartment for restaurants and shopping in Victor Harbour. Very quiet area at night. Convenient location for touring the local area and has secure car parking under cover.

Omg! A dream come true!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was so close to all of the shops and restaurants. Everything is supplied here and would recommend it to everyone. Loved it.
