Relax and enjoy stunning views of beautiful Amherst Lake and surrounding mountains from the house and deck. Located just off Route 100, it’s easy to get to the many activities in this area. The spacious common rooms provide plenty of room to gather, and the 5 unique bedrooms gives everyone an area of their own to relax in private.

The basics: 5 night minimum, 3,000 square feet; large living room and eat in kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths sleeps 8 adults; relaxing cedar lined sauna.
We designed Amherst house with comfort in mind:
Tech: Wifi, 4 televisions including a 50 inch flat screen in the living room, Roku streaming Disney Plus, DVD library and DVD players.
Living room: Two large down filled sofas, fireplace with wood supplied, board games and books.
Kitchen: Fully stocked including pans/pots, spices, small appliances and gadgets.
Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 has two twins beds.
Laundry room with supplies; extra linens, toiletries, paper supplies and cleaning supplies. Ski closet.
Outdoors: Large deck with picnic table, stairs/walk to private lakefront with dock.
You will find ample parking, and snow plowing is provided.

Here are details about the house layout: Enter on the main level with kitchen, living room; door to back deck overlooking Lake Amherst. Up a few stairs to sauna, bathroom and master bedroom with bath; Up one flight of stairs to the private master suite which encompasses the entire floor. Queen bed with skylight to view the stars. From the sauna level, downstairs to a small sitting room with TV and three bedrooms. The two facing the lake have queen beds and the last bedroom has twin beds.
