About this property

Ground floor apartment with secure entry is located near St. Peter's Hospital and the State Capitol complex. Fully furnished and well appointed, this unit includes wi-fi and expanded cable television with on-site laundry. Photos will be updated with newer decor on Nov 8th when current tenant is out.
Grocery stores, restaurants and banks are within easy walking distance. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and Bedroom #2 has a double bed. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and is equipped with most cooking utensils including blender, crockpot and dish service for 8 or more. Radiant in-floor heat is toasty in the winter, and we are happy to report we stay nice and cool in the summer! We have largely hosted medical travelers and locums and require a 3month/90 day minimum rental with separate but short rental agreement form.

Our VRBO units are in a residential neighborhood and immaculately maintained. They are in the ground floor/daylight basement level of a 4-plex. There are two long-term tenants who occupy the upper level units. This is a quiet community and not a party or event venue. No pets are allowed. Laundry facility is immediately adjacent to the apartment and shared by the two furnished units (lightly used), fee is 50cents, and no laundry can be started after 8:30pm. Parking is off-street and assigned. Yard is fenced and gated, with motion lights and spots keeping all walkways and stoop well-lighted. Secure entry exterior door must remain closed/locked. Upon checkout, please place any used linens/towels in the basket provided or in the bathtub. We have touch pad entry locks to the apartments and your code will be provided as soon as the previous guest is out but no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival.

This well-maintained 4-plex is on a large corner lot with mature landscaping. It features a patio area with seating for 8 in the large fenced yard that includes a small grove of apple trees. It is owned by a family partnership/LLC and managed by Linda Crofts and Gina Miranti-Mistry who are both licensed in real estate and property management.

Why they chose this property

Clean and well-equipped, the location is fantastic and includes safe off-street parking. All walkways, parking area and doors/stoop are well lit and easy to find.
