This second level (3rd story) unit features a modern kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, wood flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms, a large flat panel TV in the living room, cable internet connection and a private balcony with a great panoramic view of Tybee Beach! And, you're within easy walking distance of 'Downtown' Tybee's shops, bars and restaurants and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion.
All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.
