This newly listed lakefront corner condo is located on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) of a two-story building (no building elevator) situated in Shorewalk, one of the most popular communities in Bradenton, Florida, known for its resort style amenities, which include (2 heated outdoor pools/jacuzzies, 2 lighted tennis courts, fully staffed clubhouse, billiard room, shuffle board and outdoor BBQ grills).

This 1250 sq. ft. condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Get a great night’s sleep on the king size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a dresser drawer, night stands, mounted flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and its own master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two cozy twin size beds, dresser drawer, night stand, mounted flat-screen TV, closet and a full bathroom with a tub shower located next to the bedroom. Do you love to cook? Perfect, the kitchen is fully furnished and has all new appliances to help you prepare that perfect meal. Do you want to be able to do your own laundry? No problem, there is a washer and dryer next to the guest bathroom. The condo also includes a separate dining area that comfortably sits up to 6 people. This a great place to enjoy your meal, play cards or just hang out with your friends and loved ones. The living room has a wraparound couch, this is the perfect place to take a nap after a long day at the beach or the pool. Want to watch your favorite show or movie, don't worry there is a mounted smart flat screen TV in the living room. Do you want to completely disconnect from everything? OK, then we have a perfect spot for you, the lanai. This a wonderful place to read your favorite book, enjoy your breakfast or sip on your favorite cup of coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of water coming from the lake fountain. Oh, and if you must catch up on your emails, don’t worry there is Free Wi-Fi in the condo, but don’t forget you are on vacation so don’t work too hard. Great place and as clean as it can get (a little sand trailing in the condo but that’s totally understandable). Loved the look of the place. Wished I actually lived there. The owner was kind and communicated well with us. Definitely recommend this place!

Very Nice Condo

The condo was fully updated and everything was beautiful. Not far from the beaches and plenty of restaurants. The only thing we had any problems with was the vertical blinds on the back sliders wouldn't close all of the way. The water level on the ponds around the property looked like they were about 4 ft low. So no fountain and not as nice as pictured. But me and my wife enjoyed sitting in the lanai every morning drinking coffee and watching the various turtles and birds that were at the pond. Overall a 5 star property for sure. Would definitely stay again.

Once again Ervins condo proofed to be the real deal. Tastefully designed and thoughtfully equipped it leaves nothing to be desired. The location is awesome and close to all beaches, restaurants and amenities you could would need. Last but not least Ervins is an awesome guy and his hospitality is the icing on the cake. Schöne Urlaubstage in Shorewalk

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in Bradenton. Sehr schöne und neu renovierte Wohnung in Shorewalk. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung. 20 Minuten Fahrt zu den Stränden Holmes Beach und Anna Maria Island. Auch die Anlage selbst mit Pools und Tennisplätzen machte einen guten Eindruck (von uns nicht genutzt). Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

We had a wonderful time at the condo in Bradenton. The condo has al good shower, bed, livingroom, kitchen. There could be a better tap in the kitchen and some more plates, utensils. The rest was fantastic!

Great place that I would highly recommend to anyone. Modern, clean, great location, easy access, and parking. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. Two nice pools and a jacuzzi on site, very nice. Great communication from the owner and very easy instructions for check in and check out. We loved our stay here and would def like to come back for a future vacation. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the strict no alcohol policy at the pool....and the very rude lady policing it. 80 degrees, sunny, on vacation, and at the pool and you can't enjoy a cold beer? C'Mon.

Perfect place to play in paradise

Upon walking in the place was spotless and smelled clean!! It was close to Anna Maria Island, about a 10-15 minute drive. The pool was heated and so nice for our cooler days. Everything hou could need is such a short trip, and even beyter a walk to publix. The bed was super comfortable and my son, 7, loved the lanai. I will definitely plan to stay here again. Also, they are quick to get in contact with any questions, very promt and professional!!! Great place that was accomedating and affordable!!

Very impressed with our stay

We are a retired couple and we spent a few days traveling across different cities in Florida looking for a place and area we can settle down at during the cold winter months. Out of all of the properties that we rented during our trip, Ervin's condo was the best by far. We loved everything about the condo. It's spacious, quiet, modern, clean and has a beautiful lake view. The complex is just as impressive and we loved the pools and the clubhouse staff was very friendly. We asked Ervin if it was available during the month of January but unfortunately it is already booked up, which is not surprising because the condo truly is a gem. We are hoping to be able to reserve it in winter 2025. If you are looking for a great place to stay at where you can enjoy all the amenities that the complex offers and the wonderful beaches that are within driving distance, look no further.

Super Condo

This was our second stay in this condo and we are looking forward to our next stay. Everything about our rental was a 5 star plus. The condo is conveniently located to stores and shops and less than 15 minutes to the beach. The condo itself is like new with excellent furnishings, very comfortable bed, a great Kitchen and a wonderful master bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend this property and you will have a wonderful experience with the owner who is always prompt in his communications.

The check in was very easy. Condo was clean and quiet, bed was also comfortable. Appreciated the code lock for coming and going. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Location was convenient for us near our friend who live in Bradenton and right behind a grocery store.

Great Lakeside Condo Minutes from Beaches and Ammenities.

Great open kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms and a screened in patio made this condo a relaxing oasis for our beach vacation. Publix and Walmart just around the corner and restaurants and the AMI bridge just down the road made this condo's location a plus. Check-in was done electronically speeding up the process. We were very happy with this condo!

Just a short drive with great views to Anna Maria Island to go relax on the beach! Absolutely loved it!
