Most Beautiful Beach in Florida
The condo was in a very nice location and had all of the items we needed. It was spacious and clean. We did have an issue with the coffee pot not working, and the owner took care of that right away. I do wish I had known that the condo did not have a great view of the water. The pool and the beach path on a sandy dune to the ocean made up for the lack of view in the condo. The only recommendation I would have is to have safety lights installed in the garage. When parking at night, there were no lights on, completely dark and I did feel uncomfortable waiting for the elevator. Thank you for a great week.

Comfortable beds, roomy interior, wonderful decor, updated appliances. Everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Covered parking and an elevator to your condo. Would stay here again!

Amazing condo!
This condo was such a beautiful spot with breathtaking views of the intercoastal and the gulf. We are typically on the gulf side, so this was different, but we found we enjoyed it so much more. The sunrises were beautiful and we had lots of shade in the afternoon which was welcomed. Our only issue was that the cleaning crew was there late so we couldn't get in until 4:30 or so, but Luz and her brother were extremely responsive and the cleaning crew was very nice. I do feel they neglected to mop the floors as they seemed pretty rushed, but it's the beach--it all gets full of sand anyways:) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The complex is also very quiet which is nice. There were only a few other families there at the same time we were.

We brought our young family here for spring break. The kids all loved it! It was great bc our daughter wanted a pool and our son wanted the ocean. We had everything at our fingertips! Great restaurants within walking distance and the condo was well stocked with all of the necessities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay in this bright, spacious apartment! Luz/her family responded immediately to any issues. It was wonderful being able to walk on the beach, sit by the pool and stroll to great local restaurants. Would highly recommend it!

Very nice and comfortable place. Nice pool and hot tub. Need to make it easier to get to the beach. Mother Nature made it a little harder to get if you are handicap. But overall it was a wonderful experience!!!

Enjoyed Indian Rocks Beach
This property worked out well for our family of 5. The living area was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Luz was always very quick to respond to our questions. What we enjoyed: the kitchen appliances-blender, air fryer, keurig made things feel like home. The washer and drier were also great to have in the unit. Access to the beach and the parking spot was also wonderful. We ate well in IRB-Guppy’s across the street was delicious. Jake’s Costal Cantina was our absolute favorite as was the Cooky Coconut (best ice cream EVER)! The French bakery down the road was also really good and nice to walk to in the morning. As described, the unit only comes with basic shower items. This means a very thin soap and a tiny conditioning shampoo. I’d definitely recommend packing your shower toiletries and some tide pods and dryer sheets if you plan to do laundry. I also purchased a hand soap for the kitchen and an extra roll of paper towels since we go thru that stuff quickly. The unit did have a few things that could use fixing, but that’s to be expected with most rental properties. Nothing major to impact our stay (I’m looking at you broken bedroom blinds). The last small thing was when we watched showed the internet would often cut out, which was annoying. I didn’t think to let the host know at the time, but perhaps there is an easy solution to this. We recommend this place for those looking to experience Indian Rocks Beach.

The stay was just not great. There was no prior notice there would be bulldozers on beach doing sand replenishment. The place was not real clean. I had to buy batteries for every tv remote. One bathroom shower handle fell off and we were without water for a day. The shower was not fixed while we were there so we only had one shower. Every smoke detector was disconnected and stored under a cabinet. Now I get notice owner filed an insurance claim for a blind that was broken when we got there. My mistake for not taking a picture and noting it upon arrival. Owner also filed a claim for shower handle that fell off through no fault of ours. Would not stay here again.

Return stay that's always a great time
This is the third time we've stayed at Liz' condo. Perfect for us as a family with little kids and an interest in spending our days between the beach and the pool...easy access to both, as well as walking distance to a great playground and library. Love this spot!

Can’t get better than this!
We stayed at Luz’s vacation home for a week in May and it was the best vacation ever! I have contacted Luz a handful of times before the vacation to check on appliance availabilities and she answered almost immediately every time, assured me what would be available and what she could help get. On day 3, she realized that there wasn't a cooler in the unit and just same-day delivered a brand new one. She's just the best host! The instruction to access the home was super clear and we got there with no issues at all. The place was super cozy with beachy decors, LOVED the newly updated kitchen and spacious fridge. The new washer and dryer was a ++ since we have two kids and visited the beach almost every day. All we needed was to get some laundry detergent at a local store. The bedrooms were super cozy and comfy. The bathrooms are dated, but very clean and functional. Awesome highlight - She provided a pack-and-play for my little one as well as a highchair and an activity walker! Speaking of going to the beach, she had beach chairs, towels ready to go and the building is literally 10 steps away from the beach with a private entrance, we just loved the convenience. Getting in the pool before getting back to our unit was a super nice addition after a long day of sunshine. The building is very close to a number of good restaurants, pastry shops and an ice-cream place. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Indian Rocks Beach again!

Love this beach
Our first time to Indian Rocks Beach, we loved it. The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, extra trash bags, cleaning supplies, everything we needed.
