Beautiful villa near Zadar 200m from the sea

We had a lovely family holiday in Villa Clara, Kozino, Zadar, Croatia. The villa exceeded our expectations - the photos dont do it full justice! It is set in a quiet residential area, with a lovely terrace to dine and sit out on, overlooking the pool and beautiful Croatian sunsets. All of the rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is very well-equipped. There is a large gym in the basement, and excellent laundry facilities. The bedrooms are well appointed, especially the master bedroom. 4 have en-suite bathrooms. The owner, Eilis, was an excellent host, and gave us a warm welcome to her Villa, and Zadar. The swimming pool was large and impeccably clean - the only issue would be the steps for older people are not easy to access, as they require strong arms, and my elderly parents therefore could not use the pool. Thank you Eilis for a great stay!

What a fabulous place !!

well maintained villa and a super friendly host. we love to cook and dine at home so we were looking for an equipped kitchen and we were highly satisfied with our pick. the entire property felt cozy and with a personal touch to many small details. 5 minutes walk to the sea or you can enjoy the sea views from the upper floor. the pool area is specious and the sunlight gets through most of the daylight hours. we defiantly recommend!

What a fabulous villa !!

We have just returned from Costa Teguise, Lanzarote and stayed at 'Villa Zara'. If ever you want to stay in a beautiful, well kept villa then this is the one! everything was 'tiptop'. the owner Elis is extremely helpful, warm and friendly. The villa is beautiful and the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. the photos of the property as displayed there are accurate and honest. Elis was able to act as tourist info as well advising us on the local area. There is a small shop and a couple of restaurants a few minutes away, more are a little further away. We had a car and this was very useful as the town of Zadar is about 15mins drive but taxis are available. Zadar is a beautiful town so its worth going into. All in all we had a fantastic holiday in a fabulous place, thank you Elis, we will definitely be going back. Karen, Lucas, Pat, Emily and Stuart.
