Great outdoor patio / fenced backyard. Quiet back side of the building. Great little kitchen and bath. Washer/dryer in apartment.
Blazing fast 1 gig internet (wifi and ethernet). Zoom HD group call requires 3 mbps and this is hundreds of times faster than that.

We use excellent cleaners and pay them a living wage (they are best in DC if you ask me). And we have a professional full time property manager. COVID Safety - Unlike hotels or apartment building our properties have separate private entrances and individual Heat / AC and ventilation systems. There are no shared spaces like elevators. We use a professional cleaner between each guest. They use enhanced cleaning techniques including additional wipe-down of all touch surfaces using CDC-approved disinfectants.

Smart TV has all the major apps built in (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc) which you can use with your own accounts. Plus we provide YouTube TV (65 of the most popular channels including local ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, CNN, etc) using our account.
Guest have total access and privacy. NOT a shared space.

Capitol Hill is an outstanding neighborhood. It's historic, charming, and ideally located at the absolute geographic center of DC. Terrific safety, with the US Capitol police patrolling the area. Home to many politicians, media figures, etc.
Corner groceries, pharmacy, great diner and dry cleaners a two minute walk away.
Eastern Market (farmers market and baker/butcher etc) is a few blocks away. Amazing restaurants and lively bars within blocks!
Whole Foods and several other supermarkets in the neighborhood.
Five blocks to metro orange/blue and red lines. Union Station train station is five blocks. Union Station is home to the major sightseeing tours. Capital Bikeshare kiosk is a couple minutes walk.
Uber and Lyft and cheap and very easy to get here.
DC Circulator metro rapid bus transit also very close by.
Veteran-owned small business (not a giant corporation like so many furnished rentals in DC are owned by). Fantastic spot to explore DC from. Great neighborhood for longer term stay also.
A word about rates:
Since every booking is different the rates listed are an approximation. Rates are based on length of stay, specific dates needed, amenities requested, etc. Bookings less than 91 days are subject to the DC lodging tax of 15.95%. SINCE EVERY INQUIRY IS DIFFERENT AND THE BIGGEST FACTOR IN PRICE IS THE SPECIFIC DATES CHOSEN AND LENGTH OF STAY RATES MAY BE HIGHER OR LOWER THAN WHAT IS POSTED. PLEASE INQUIRE SO WE CAN DISCUSS PRIOR TO SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST.
Late spring and summer are the 'high season' very high demand months, moreso this year than ever before as this is the first year that many federal agencies and private employers are bring people back to DC, and they are making up for lost productivity during Covid. Most furnished housing providers in DC will only take bookings for three months or longer during these months. We will do less, but the rates do go up. And generally we try to match an incoming booking with an apartment that is available within a week or so of the requested date. For instance if you are seeking a month rental beginning July 1 we would want to match your request with a property available in very late June or July 1. If the property you inquired about seems to have an availability date that may not match up then you can always check HERE see all properties and their available dates.
Our average booking is around four to six months. We are primarily a longer term lodging provider. We can do shorter, but in the furnished housing business rates go up for shorter stays.
