Hello and thank you for viewing Celadon 108. This condo is on the first floor and has been professionally remodeled. Upgrades include all new cabinetry in kitchen and baths with quartz undermount sinks, flooring, and built in full bunk room. 108 Celadon is on a much desired 1st FLOOR but still 30 feet above ground level for a spectacular view! Easy in and out. No elevators needed! We are located on the beach with ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. In this beautiful condo, the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico are never out of your site! Views from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and balcony are incredible and constant! This unit includes Beach Chair Service! You will get two beach lounge chairs and one umbrella everyday you are here... NO additional charge! Seasonal Beach Service is offered March 1st through - October 31st..... The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, including all new appliances, lighting, Ninja hot and iced coffee maker, Keurig and regular coffee pot are above the refrigerator. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed with access to the gulf front balcony, 55" Smart LCD TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with double vanity. The 2nd Bedroom offers a king bed, full closet, and adjoining bathroom. The extra Bunk Room, has a full size bed. There is a pocket door that can be closed for privacy. There is a queen sleeper sofa, and pack and play to use if needed. All the bedrooms come with TVs ! There is also a nice 65" Smart LCD TV in the living Room .This fabulous condo is located at Celadon Beach Resort which is one of Panama City Beach's premiere family vacation spots! Celadon offers plenty of Beach Room for everybody, with no other High Rise Condos to the West. There are two great pools one is heated (seasonally), and 2-hot tubs! Other amenities include a tennis court / pickle ball court and fitness center located on the north side of the Celadon property. For those of you who love to cook outdoors, there are charcoal grills and picnic tables on the west end of the building. Celadon also offers a large conference room for business meetings, this does require a separate rental payment and is handled through the Celadon HOA.

Great Spring Break Get-away

This property was perfect except when we arrived, it had not been cleaned yet. This is the first time this has ever happened to us, and after a 7.5 hour drive, it was a bit disappointing, but I must admit the property manager got on it immediately, and by the time we returned from the grocery store, it had been cleaned, so other than that we have no complaints. (She also refunded our cleaning fee, which we appreciated) I loved being in the Western-most condo in PCB (which is the quiet side of town). My kids enjoyed the hot-tubs and heated pool. Thomas’ Donuts was right down the street, and a huge hit! We also ate at Dee’s Hangout, which had a great smoked fish dip! I loved that we only had to walk down one flight of stairs to get to the beach!

The perfect location

This condo is perfect first floor location for unloading and parking across the street. Beautiful home with plenty of room and a wonderful kitchen with lots of utensils etc.

Great condo!

This was a great condo with very convenient location on the first floor. We enjoyed being on the west end of PCB with a more family friendly vibe for our younger children’s spring break. The beach was perfection! The condo was clean, well stocked and well decorated! The beds were comfortable! You won’t regret booking this unit. We will likely return!

Awesome Condo

This is a great condo. Loved the décor, such a beachy feel. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The unit was clean, and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was so nice being on the first floor, and never needing to use the elevator. Perfect location for us, on the west end of PCB. Much quieter, and a lot less traffic. We're looking forward to coming back, and staying in this condo again.

Perfect view of ocean

We recently stayed here as a family with a 2 and 4 year old. The condo had everything we needed from a changing table to kids flatware. My kids enjoyed reading the different children books they had, shell hunting and swimming in the heated pool. The location was perfect also for us, removed from all the crowds and close enough to walk to Thomas's donuts and Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar. The decor of the condo was elegant beachy and felt like home for the week. Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo, so I won't come home with tons of laundry. Would return.

Bunk room is not a “bunk” room

First the listing said it had 2 double beds in the bunk room but after sending messages to the agent, I found out it was only a double bed. We had 3 children so we had to bring a blow up mattress. It is changed now on the website. Check in was a nightmare having to wait 30-40 minutes on a cart and everyone trying to get on the elevator. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed coming into the doorway several times a night. It was nice that it was on the first floor but I think it was a little overpriced. Everything that needed attention, Alesia sent in a maintenance order and everything was promptly repaired. View of the ocean was great!

Fall Break at the Beach

We've stayed at the Celadon many times and always enjoy our time there. This property was no exception. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The first floor suited our needs perfectly. I can't wait to return and would love to book this condo again!

I really loved everything about this place. So nicely decorated, plenty of places to sit AND enjoy the ocean views, nice balcony furniture, if your into watching t.v. on vacation you have plenty of channels. There are movies and books at your disposal. Kitchen well stocked. Being on the 1st floor is WONDERFUL! No waiting for elevators. And the VIEW! Worth every penny!

Family vacation

Loved the location of the complex and unit (first floor). It was Memorial Day week and the beach was somewhat crowded. Enjoyed the facilities and all they offered (two pools, tennis courts, hot tub, exercise room, beach chairs). Would book again.

Perfection

Beautifully decorated and well appointed condo conveniently located on the first floor. Very clean and equipped with what we needed to keep it clean. Location is great. Close to Thomas’s donuts, Runaway Island (best shrimp ever!) not too much traffic making it easy to get out of the complex to go shopping, out to eat, etc. lovely vacation spot in every way.
