About this property

3rd floor, Zero Entry Pool, Garage Parking, Free Beach Service, Come Relax!

Come enjoy our beautifully decorated third floor unit in Beach Resort, with Gulf views from our private balcony. Beach Resort was built in 2006, small 64 unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck pavestone for your enjoyment. The complex is across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The Beach Resort has 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom:
-King size bed with night stands, reading lamp, & TV.
-Attached full bath has a tub/shower combination, hair dryer, wash cloths & bath towels.

Kid's Bunkroom & Bathroom
-Custom built-in bunk beds with flat screen TV.
-Attached bathroom has a shower, wash cloths, & bath towels.

Living Area
The main living area has a brand new sectional sofa, side chair, and reading lamps. The TV is located in the entertainment center along a DVD player, and board games.

This professionally decorated, non-smoking unit includes a designated garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, washer and dryer, and tile floors through-out creating a lovely sophisticated vacation destination.

Relaxation !

We have stayed 2 years in this Condo and it’s very nice. We would like to see a rug or mat at the back sliding door to catch any sand from feet but that is only a suggestion. We couldn’t be happier with the unit. We look forward to our next visit. And relaxation is the goal for us. We get it here.

Excellent week

Our first stay at this unit, but we have been to this condo many times. The unit was well priced, nice, well kept, the bed was comfortable and we loved the full size fridge. There were a couple spots the cleaning crew hadn’t addressed, but when my wife reached out to the owners they were apologetic and offered to have someone come out the next day to clean those spots. I don’t fault them for the misses on cleaning, but appreciate their prompt responses and willingness to quickly address the issues. While sports schedules dictate when we go, we will look for an opening here in the future.

Family Summer Getaway

We had the best week! Condo was perfect, beds were comfy and the pool was awesome! The beach service that came with the condo was priceless and definitely an added bonus! The owners were responsive when we had a question during our stay. We would most definitely stay here again.

Great Get away!

We truly enjoyed this condo. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was amazing and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella were the perfect touch. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing week at the perfect place!

This is our second time staying at this complex and it never disappoints! Adam and Jennifer were easy to communicate with, very responsive, and this listing is extremely accurate. The unit was clean, the refrigerator is larger than other units, so there is plenty of space for food, and we had plenty of room as a family of four. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Miramar to relax

We enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. The facility is older but the owners have kept the unit up to date and well maintained. We had a couple minor issues that were addressed right away. The common pool area is also well taken care of and gated for guests only. We felt safe in the area. The gulf is a short walk across the road, with private beach access. There is a nice walking path right out front of the building on which you can walk for coffee, meals, and a few shops.

This place is not good and I wouldn’t recommend. The owners were unwilling to work with us when we had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. The place had bugs and was unclean. We had to clean and do laundry as soon as we arrived. The keys barely worked in the door and the air conditioner struggled the entire time. The laundry closet smelled of mold/mildew.

Great 4th of July

The place was great and the location couldn't have been better. I was pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was with everything I needed to cook, including a crockpot. Everything was clean and beautiful. My daughter and her family had the condo two doors and we had a great time going back and forth. We all had a great time and had no complaints.

Great Time Again!!

We absolutely love the condo and the Beach Resort as a whole. Location is amazing, pool is out of this world, beach chair service is maybe my favorite amenity. There is plenty of space in the condo for our family of 4. We are already trying to figure out which week we will be book for next year!!

Had a wonderful week. Met some old friends ate at a couple nice restaurants lovely place except for excavation whatever they were doing sometimes in the morning woke you up early but outside of that . Pool area very nice and clean enjoyed the sunshine

Fall vacation

Great condo! Beach Resort is our favorite place in Destin. We have rented from the owners twice and both times were perfect. Beach Resort has a heated pool and the owners include beach chair rental and parking in the garage.

Our family had a great stay at this condo! It had everything we needed and is in a great location. A short walk across the street to the beach and restaurants, while also having a fantastic pool on the property. The few times we had questions for the owners, they were great about responding quickly.

Family Vacation

This unit was perfect for our family of four. The unit is very open, living room is large along with the kitchen being attached and open. The bunk room with the bathroom attached was fantastic. The pool at this unit is awesome!! The beach access is just steps away also. We had an unbelievable time and will definitely be back!!

Great spot for younger family vacations

We have stayed here many many times over the last 10 years or so, and each unit at Beach Resort are all great. This time had a great experience with the property owners, and as always a very relaxing vacation!

Great trip!

We’ve been staying in different Beach Resort Condos since 2015. Location is great, kids love the pool, and the atmosphere has always been enjoyable. Unit was clean, kitchen stocked, and kids bunk room adorable. Our biggest negative is the unit doesn’t have smart TVs, just cable. It makes it very difficult to watch a show in the evenings or let them watch a show in their bunk room bc we don’t allow them scrolling and lots of commercials aren’t great for little kids. An upgrade to that in the future would make this unit perfect!
