The property is owner occupied, and available when vacant. Downstairs is our guest area, with 2 queen rooms (1 with queen + single bed) and 1 single room (single sofa bed).
Please expect a stay at a lived in property as there may be evidence of human life around the home or garden.

Renovations are forever ongoing, & colours, configuration is subject to change from photos.

*Off-street parking for up to 4 cars ( do not block the shared driveway or park on grass)

*No pets please - our large family of quail has just returned to the garden
