Frequently Asked Questions and Important Information

Is the Pool Heated?
No, but there is a solar pool cover. The pool does not have the capability to be heated.

Is a Rental Agreement Required?
Yes – this will be sent to you on payment of your initial deposit for review.

Is there a utilities cap, and if so how does it work?
Yes. For rentals over 1 month (28 days) – the renter will be charged any charges over $225 per month of billing of electricity, gas, sewer and water. This will come out of the security deposit after check out.

Can I have overnight guests?
Yes, the house sleeps up to 6 overnight. Management must be aware of any guests that will be staying at the house overnight and dates, if they are not already on your initial reservation.

Is the built-in grill for use by renters?
The built-in grill is not for renter use. There is a portable tabletop grill available for renter use.

Please note there is a 3.9% cancellation processing fee for VRBO bookings on the deposit amount paid if cancelled at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.
