About this property

Our family holiday unit is fully self contained and is set within a delightful complex of privately owned holiday units. Within the complex is an outdoor solar heated swimming pool, BBQ area and a fabulous childrens playground.
Located within central Cowes, this property is only a 5 min walk to the sunny north facing beach. A short walk will also get you to the cafes, resturants and shops of the main street.
A recreational reserve with a skate park and football oval is across a quiet road.

This unit has 2 bedrooms, the main has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a single bed and a set of single bunks. It sleeps a maximum of 5 people.
A portacot and high chair are available for families with young children.
The bathroom(shower only) and laundry within the unit, are separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and microwave and cooking utensils.
The unit is heated and cooled with a split system, so you will be comfortable whether you are visiting through winter or summer. The lounge has a 32 inch LCD tv with a DVD player and Games and DVDs are provided and are suited to the whole family.

Doonas and pillows are provided. BYO all linen (Sheets, top and bottom, pillow cases, towels, bath mat and teatowels) except for the Moto Grand Prix, where it will be provided and bring your own toiletries. Linen can be hired from Phillip Island linen service on 03) 59566296

Located in Central Cowes, approx. 400m to the shops and 250m to the Beach.
Across the road from the recreational reserve with a skate park, football oval, cricket pitch, basketball courts, gymnasium and tennis courts.
Close to golf course and bowling club.
Central to all of the attractions the island has to offer!

Great location, however, there is no WIFI or 4G reception. Shower infested with ants, rusted stove top, outdoor area looks as though it has never been cleaned! We actually left a day earlier given our disappointment.

Well equipped, great location, in a lovely small complex

Ourselves and our 3 kids had a lovely stay. Its an older apartment, but eveything works well and it is well equipped :) The kids had a great time scootering in the complex, and the pool was just lovely :)

Came for the PI Circuit. Straight into apartment. All amenities in Cowes within walking distance. Melissa answered any queries and was an absolute star. Bed incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stop here again.

Looks amazing on the pictures.

So much potential. A good clean would be great. Door handles were greasy and sticky. Cookware was not very clean. Geare marks on cups and plates. Bedroom mat needs replacing, it had stains. Renovations were happening so the air comp, circualr saws and hammering were not enjoyable at all. The police kept on coming around and knocking on the door of someone that lives there. We were there for 3 days and everyday they were there knoking. At least the little one had fun when the police car turned on thier lights and sirens on. Good thing is that its very close to town.

Great fun with the kids

We had such a lovely stay, was so nice being close to everything. Our kids had a ball in the pool, along with some of the other kids who regularly holiday in the other apartments. We didn’t have a lot of internet service in the apartment (we are with telstra) but it didn’t worry us too much. Beds were comfy :)

Nicely decorated. Clean. Need attention and cleanup the back yard. Fly Screens missing from windows. Difficulty to lock back in to the key security box. All over cute unit.

Pretty disappointed in this stay. Only positive was location. Complaints had to be made about dirty pool and mouse poo all over bbq. Unit needed a deep clean and kitchen facilities upgraded due to grime and usage/age. No play station as listed. Disappointed and not worth the price, especially for byo linen! Management not helpful. Felt like a cheap trailer park. Not happy.

Very nice, small place

The property was described well and is in a great, quiet location. House was clean and tidy and plenty of parking beside the house for the car and trailer. Our only gripe was the neighbour, who would talk loudly in front of his property all day and there was a lot of language our kids hadn't heard before! Not the owners fault though!

It was comfortable but overall tight quarters

Close to all the Cowes shops was handy. We did had HEAPS of trouble with getting any mobile internet reception all week. Couldn't work using mobile data due to poor coverage. We had one theft overnight of an item left on our car inside the premises. The pool was reported by all users to be cloudy while we were there for 7 days. The no. 2 bed unit was comfortable. Good couch space. Beds were great as my kids didn't complain and my back didn't complain either. Glad they had a good selection of DVDs to watch. The fridge was a noisy beast groaning and moaning at night time. The kitchen had everything a family needed. Overall was cosy and we felt welcomed there as a home away from home.
