This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

Awesome Asheville!
This property was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. It was clean, modern, well appointed and super comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful. It has a beautiful deck that wraps around 2 sides with nice furniture outside. The location was fantastic. Walking instance to many great restaurants, breweries and coffee stops.

Convienent and easy to come and go
Second stay in this building - great place, some road noise but it’s the city and after 8pm it settles quickly. Close to everything you need and parking is easier the second stay.

Perfect location for checking out Downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas. The condo is the perfect setup for working through your itinerary at your own pace. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Great Location
Probably the best location in this building. There are a lot of rentals on the 2nd floor and this ne is at the end of the corridor with the hill going down so you are not at street level that you are at the other end of the building. Apartment is huge with two en-suite double rooms. Perfect for 2 couples. The bathroom for the second bedroom has two doors and can also be used as the hall bath if needed. Kitchen is equipped enough for a few days, could do with a couple more wine glasses Would stay there again if ever we go back to Asheville.

We loved our stay! Great place, super quite building, close to everything - shopping, restaurants, breweries, live music, etc. Would highly recommend. We felt safe in this area as well. Unit had a nice outdoor patio with lots of sunshine which we used at the end of a long day of adventures. Little noisy outside a few mornings with trucks etc., but that was about the only thing. I would give it 5 stars!

Location and cleanliness was appreciated. Light bulbs on table lamps did not work. Lumpy bed in master br. Towels were thin like a cheap motel. These made it seem like amenities were at a minimum so that it was more profitable for the owners. We don’t recommend this unit for the price.

We walked every night for dinner. The place is nice and worked for our needs. Spacious, nice views and the balcony is nice. One of the bedroom doors does not latch and stay closed and should be addressed.

Great location. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Active construction near by which woke us up early each morning. Who needs an alarm clock? 😀 But not a problem for us, just more time to enjoy Asheville. Highly recommend. We'll be back.

The property was clean and comfortable. Lots of walkable destinations for shopping or dining. Only drawback is that we are kind of old-school and we had to rely on digital key access to the building and the parking which wasn’t always reliable.

What an amazing condo - hidden gem amongst the trees and walking distance to everything downtown for the Love.Shine.Play yoga festival! I hope I am fortunate enough to get this place again next year!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at 55 S Market, condo 202. The space was large and the balcony was nice to have. Location would be hard to beat, very easy walking to everything we wanted to do in Asheville. As others have said, there is some street noise, but hey, it's a city. Two things I was disappointed with. 1) Household supplies -- they truly provided the bare minimum of things like TP and Kleenex. No backups. 2) Kitchen supplies -- Lacked a number of tools and things that I would consider "basic" kitchen supplies. Plus, literally no pantry items (e.g. salt/pepper, sugar, oil, etc.). If you plan on cooking anything, you'll need all your own stuff. All in all, these two issues didn't really hurt our stay, but they were noticeably different from typical VRBO properties I've stayed in all around the country.

Mother daughter weekend gateaway
Condo is clean and secured parking with easy access for one car. It’s a corner unit with wrap around balcony and a little mountain view. The location is the best part. It is easily walkable to everything downtown. You do have some street noise but nothing more than you would expect for staying in a condo in downtown Asheville. Beds were not very comfortable and the sofa bed needs updating. We ate at the restaurants for most meals so it wasn’t a problem, but if you are planning on a lengthier or stay or cooking a lot you may want to bring supplies. Overall a good place to stay. We had a great time and really enjoyed our Asheville!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, the condo was beautifully appointed and the Towns Prop maintenance staff was wonderfully responsive but ... access to the parking lot and building was awful (cell phone app, long long walk to the unit for old ladies), the mattresses and sofas were worn out so we slept in holes and sat too low to get up. Someone unplugged one of the bedroom TVs and the router so we needed maintenance to fix. Once he did, we couldn't get TV in the other bedroom. In all, it was an difficult adventure.

Visited Asheville a few weeks ago with my husband and another couple. Perfect setup for 2 couples. Beautiful condo, corner unit. We loved the extra windows and larger balcony space. Perfect location for walking around downtown. You are near the city trash truck parking lot, so a little noisy in the morning during the week but it's bearable. Bed was very comfortable! If you're planning to cook, you'll want to bring salt and pepper, oven mitts, etc. Kitchen does have pots, pans and cooking utensils. The condo is very pretty and stylish. We would definitely come back!

GREAT PLACE AND GREAT LOCATION
We stayed here with another couple in early March 2023. This condo is lovely. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. We could walk to many of the popular establishments such as The Orange Peel, Tupelo Honey, Wicked Weed and City Bakery. Anytime I contacted the property manager with questions (no problems), they were quite responsive. There is only parking for one vehicle. Our friends parked their car at the College Street Parking Deck for just $12 per day as opposed to the closer garages that charged $20 per day. It was a 0.3 mile walk from the garage to our condo. We had read reviews that noted noisy large vehicles early in the morning. It only happened once in our 4 day stay. We had such a great time and all agree that we'd stay at this place again in a heart beat.

Great Location
This condo is in a beautiful building with a great location. Good sized bedrooms and baths. Clean and neat. Unfortunately I have stayed in similar sized condos and it has come down to the amenities and how the unit is outfitted. This condo had the bare minimum you would expect. We were well supplied on our own but I have come to expect just a bit more. There was no coziness factor - it wasn't warm and welcoming. We may try another unit the next time we visit Asheville as it is in a wonderful location!
