The Space:
Conveniently located in the Silver triangle of Venice, one block away from the canals, and 5 minutes from the beach and Abbott Kinney -- you just found a peaceful and unique nest to relax after a long day of exploring the Westside...

Please note that this property is fully furnished.

In the upper floor there is a large lofty space with a kitchen, a working space and a relaxing balcony with a view of the palm trees surrounding the canals.

In the living room you will be entertained by a 55-inch TV with all Cable TV channels included and a Dolby surrounding system.

In the lower floor a room with a queen bed and a TV, a bedroom with bunk beds perfect for kids, a bathroom and a walk-in closet with washer and dryer.

Please Note:
The large bedroom is loft style. No full enclosure
We have also replaced the bunk bed with a new wooden bunk as of July 2023

The wind and the sunlight entering from the numerous windows will do the rest and transform this place in the perfect starting point for experiencing Venice, LA and the whole SoCal vibrant atmosphere!

Guest Access:
The whole house, except for the garage, will be available to the guest. There is only a large balcony as outdoor space and a partially covered garage outside of the house.

The Neighborhood:
Considered as one of the most iconic neighborhoods in LA, Venice is a residential, commercial, and recreational beachfront neighborhood within Los Angeles. It is a very diverse and international neighborhood in which life is laid back but frantic at the same time.

Ocean Avenue offers great views, as well as luxury, modern and comfort living. With open-air restaurants and bars nearby and the famous attraction Santa Monica Pier -- featuring a solar-paneled Ferris wheel, amusement park, aquarium, live concerts and movies during the summer months, you will surely anticipate returning here again and again!

Other Things to Note:
Please take note that the entrance to the property is at the back alley.

The upper level of the bunk bed located at the second room should be used by a child only. The upper bed has a weight limit of 200 pounds; whereas the bottom one has a limit of 450 pounds. We replaced the old bunk bed as of July 2023

There is no A/C in the unit, but ceiling fans and the natural ocean breeze will make your stay cool and comfortable!
