This comfortable and modern home is perfect for a family or a group get away for up to 5 people. Only 15minutes drive from the Ferry and the local town, and a short 2min walk to the stunning crystal clear beach which are perfect for safe swimming, fishing or watching the wildlife. The elivated home has decking around the house, allowing you to have 360 degree views of the wonders of Island beach.

Coming to "Sea That" holiday rental in summer or winter is perfect for entertaining with the outdoor setting on a Spacious deck with BBQ or stay warm inside and watching the weather work its magic with the large windows in the house.

If you are a keen fisher person - we have large parking area for your boat, when you are not on the water.

Simple but got everything you need.
Price value was fair. But one think that really mucked it up was the non functional fly screens! You want a breeze coming in but with the breeze so does the mosquitoes!!!And the walls of the bedrooms show that a lot of guest must be spending their night with hunting mossies instead of sleeping, so did we :( Cleaning could be improved.

Lovely property, in quiet area. We were greeted by a friendly kangaroo, much to our overseas visitors delight! Beds were comfortable, pillows ok, wish I had bought my own. Well equipped. Had everything we needed for our stay. Will happily stay here again.

Was really nice to meet Sandy. The most important part of the experience. I felt we had a personal connection and someone we could rely on. I have since tried to phone her and thank her but do not want to inconvenience her. We all enjoyed our stay but especially due to her. Thank you.

Sea That Holiday rental
The property was very clean and organised inside. The only thing we could nit-pick at was there is no a/c. In the items mentioned it does not mention one. We just assumed there was one….our mistake! There are ample ceiling fans but on a hot day the a/c would be greatly appreciated. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. The sea view is amazing from the front deck. The back deck views are the Roos and bird life. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Sea That!

Sea That you have everything you need!
Sea that is a great central location for exploring the island. Well presented home with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Our daughter left her beloved toy, luckily Kristy and Carey found it and posted it home to us. Would definitely stay again.
