Description is accurate. We had a great time! Mt Adams is walkable to bars & restaurants. Easy Uber to the riverfront area or OTR. Convenient to The Monastery Event Center if you’re there for a wedding. The unit is nice but the biggest plus is PARKING! We were able to fit 2 vehicles off-street. On-street parking is definitely hit or miss. Having the add’l bathroom was helpful too. Rooftop deck was such a great place to visit with family & friends!
Great location and parking off street. We used Uber to travel around downtown and Hyde park and mt. Adams.
Nice rooftop deck for hanging out.
All 4 women thought it was a nice space and we had a wonderful weekend.
Our family was in town for our daughter's graduation from Xavier. The house was perfect for our stay. We are familiar with the area, so we knew it was convenient to restaurants. We love the walkability of the area and it's a quick drive down the hill to the city. The rooftop deck was our favorite place to hang out! The best part was having 2 dedicated parking spots for our vehicles. I highly recommend this property.
Clean, spacious, walked Eden Park, walked to dinner, great parking, walked to Reds opening day parade and game. This is our 2nd time staying here. We will be back.
Was there for my niece's wedding. It was me and my two adult children. The place is awesome and has a lot of character! Great location to everything.
My daughter and I each had a bedroom with great memory foam beds. Unfortunately my son had the broken pull out bed. Half the bed was up and the other was literally slanting down to the floor. The 2nd night we propped it up with pillows which helped but he had a few bad nights of sleep.
It was a bit strange they had decibel detectors in the building to make sure we weren’t too loud. We aren’t partiers so we weren’t in any danger being kicked out but still it make it a bit unsettling.
I’d probably stay there again because of the location and views. Just not use the pull out couch.
This rental was so cute and a welcomed change in lodging. We stayed for 2 nights over New Year’s Eve and the rooftop patio really sold us! Neighborhood was quite and awesome views on the city from the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again!
We rented this house for a dads/son football game getaway. Great neighborhood. Parking was included. House was clean and well maintained. The rooftop was a great bonus. We were able to hang outside which offered a great view. The grill does need updating or cleaned. We did use the air mattress they provided and it had a hole in it. Also toilet paper was not provided, I spoke to the property manager, he apologized. Communication was great. Neighborhood was also wonderful, lots of stuff within walking distance. Note: UBER to Bengals game was pricy so if your looking to go to that area be aware.
Loved the property! Perfect for our small family group. Wonderful location to walk Mt. Adams area and feel a part of the neighborhood. Bedrooms were very comfortable. We used air mattresses for additional sleeping spaces, rather than the couch bed, and this worked well.
Great property and location for family and older children
My only issue is that the propertay is not safe for children under 5 or 6. There are a lot of steps and a small child can fall through all of the railings and end up falling 3 flights. Luckily we had a 14 and 17 yr old to help us keep an eye on the 20 mo old. However, I was a nervous wreck.
This was a really neat place to stay while visiting the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter. The home was really clean and cute, but it had an odd layout with nothing but the entrance on the 1st floor. Be prepared to walk up steps! Parking was also an issue.
We had a great experience. Dan was easy to communicate with and the location of the house was perfect for our stay. We were able to get downtown with ease and hit some of the neighborhood establishments. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck and view.
We enjoyed the house and the area. Dan was very responsive and took care of a minor issue. The only thing missing was a coffee pot and some more cooking pots. The house does have a Keurig. Thanks for your opening your house for us and for your hospitality.
We loved this quaint property that offered us plenty of space in a beautiful, safe setting.

Location was excellent -
Unfortunately the smoke alarm went off at 3:30am in our bedroom- every beep Reached out next am ask for help - no response. Owner lives at property- he said well just disconnect-10 Ft ceiling - then yes someone came to remove the detector. Property needs updated-great location
Picked this location as a base for a couple of days of bicycling with friends on the trails around Cincinnati. Worked out perfectly. When we weren’t biking, we had lots of places within walking distance for food and entertainment. Really enjoyed the rooftop!
Loved our stay at this house and the views from the roof top deck. This was our first time to Cincinnati and so glad we ended up in the Mount Adams area. Very walkable. Enjoyed the restaurants and park.
