Our stay at Kathy's place was amazing. We always choose Broadbeach as it is such a central, family friendly location. Kathy's house was perfect for our latest stay. Clean, modern, lots of amenities, pool was in great condition. We came a week after Cyclone Alfred and Kathy's communication was top notch. We would stay again!

Wonderful family holiday
Really enjoyed our stay. The location of this property is wonderful. Close enough to everything but also quiet and relaxing. The kids really enjoyed fishing in the backyard and the pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house for a family getaway. We stayed at this amazing property for 5 days. It was very clean with basic condiments provided. It was perfect for our small family with plenty of bedding. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and location perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us! Kids lived in the pool and we enjoyed having the beach bit down near canal. There was a stingray and swans that’s would come for a visit. Thanks for having us all.

Perfect!!!
We had a wonderful stay, the house was recently renovated, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, and a great layout to enjoy the house with friends. We stayed over new years and enjoyed being able to see the fireworks, it has a great view of the city. The pool was pure bliss in the hot weather and was nice and deep. If you’re the active type there is a park at the end of the street where you can join ‘park run’. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place to stay
Beautiful home, extremely welcoming host, this was our 2020 holiday that took 3 years to get to due to COVID. The weather was hot and the pool was a saviour. Didn’t get there until late at night due to Jetstar delays and found a welcome package of food and wine from the host which kicked started our holiday. We will be back!!!
