Trip to William & Mary

The trip to Williamsburg was so that we could drop of our daughter to William & Mary. The property was spacious and a great value! I would highly recommend this property for family vacation or a college visit.

Great stay

The property was clean, easy to get around, and offered many activities for my children and I. The arcade/game room was a big hit. I would definitely stay there if we were to visit Williamsburg again.

Nice quick family getaway

Nice amenities and activities for our 3 young kids. we visited with a short, two nights stay and intentions of not leaving the resort or doing any of the “Williamsburg “attractions that people normally do and it was perfect. The pools range from 3 to 5-ish feet with the 1 foot toddler pool also the arcade is totally free, which takes out the headache of having to, purchase a card or coins and then “spend “your tickets at the end for a bunch of junk and putt putt a nice activity to do when we were done with the pool.

Nice facility - Poor Extremely Slow Check in Process

Fine stay - awful check-in experience. There is little to no parking at the main building where you check in. It was pouring rain. I needed to park illegally in another area and walk in pouring rain to the main building. Then, at first, I was waiting underneath a covered porch with many other guest waiting to check in. There was a long line that ultimately went into the lobby. I recommend a process flow improvement where portable credit card systems are used to improve the wait time with staff working the line. There was a manager person who was talking to some of the visitors, but this was frankly annoying as it would have been better if he had pitched in and helped reduce the line. The offer of a juice box was not helpful. The place was nice, but to start off like that left a bad taste. While adding parking spots might be tough, fixing the check-in line speed is feasible.

Family fun

The unit is big, comfortable and has most everything you need. We did need hot mitts when we cooked in the over, plastic wrap and foil. They provided shampoo-conditioner-lotion-hand soap in bathrooms- paper towels.We enjoyed going to the pool super early to miss the crowds. Game room in the middle of the day. They offer different fun resort options each day.

Good for families

This resort met our need for a central place in Williamsburg with room to spread out as a family. Everything you want is within a 20 minute drive. Only negatives were uncomfortable living room furniture and low pressure in the showers. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved the free arcade. Mini golf could use some rehabbing.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the rooms this weekend. The facilites were amazing and very clean. Maintenence wise there could be some things fixed but the small issues didn't have an outcome on us enjoying the property. We weren't able to enjoy the pool or the hot tub, due to the weather, but they looked very enjoyable. We will definitely look at using the property when we return again.

The amenities were great. The floors may have been a little creaky, but it wasn't unbearable. Everything in the unit was fine and worked as needed/expected - although a little closer look at cleaning would be good, especially on the outdoor patio/deck. But overall, no great complaints and we would definitely go back.

Loved the View

Had a unit by the pond and saw lots of ducks, ducklings and turtles. As soon as it got dark, the tree frogs started up - which I’m used to but some might be disturbed by them throughout the night. Loved the salt water pool. Very friendly check in/check out process - no issues.

Great all inclusive resort

Wonderful time hanging out in the pool, theater, playing putt putt and the tennis courts. Kids enjoyed the outdoor game stations and arcade as well!

Great getaway location.

Great location. Close to attractions. Great amenities. Bathrooms could use a little more attention. Only complaint would be the room above. Every step they took sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. I would stay here again.
