** This is Turquoise Place #C2007 (20th floor) “The Cat’s Meow," find us at VacationsByDana. With awesome panoramic views down BOTH ends of beach with a purrfectly positioned balcony. Complete privacy, no one overlooking your balcony like in many other condos this building.
** Put in your dates to get quote including SRVC fees, but last-minute openings usually get discounts so ask! We don’t force weekly except for certain peak seasons so you must usually fill the gaps, unless it’s off-season.
>> BEDDING = King, King, Queen, and (2) sets twin bunks. MAX of 6 adults due to bunks but sleeps 10 total, no sleeper sofas.

We have stayed at this condo property many times, but are very impressed with the renovations to amenities, as well as the gorgeous renovations to this condo. The communication with management was wonderful, very attentive to the one issue I had (hot tub wasn't heating, but was easily fixed with instructions sent via text, quickly!) Communication was great, the room had everything we needed and more, including kitchen necessities, right near elevator and close parking spot. Was a wonderful trip for us!

This is a very spacious, fully stocked condo. There was nothing left out that we needed. The condo itself was clean and spacious, nicely decorated, and convenient to the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with. This complex has a nice boardwalk to the beach. Our children enjoyed all of the pools and water slide. Our only hesitation for revisiting would be the inconvenience of the lazy river access if you are in the opposite building and the wait time for elevators being this is a high occupancy complex. Lazy river located on the 4th floor of one building (if you stay in the other turquoise building, you have to walk over to the building, ride the elevator up to 4th floor) and it seemed smaller than other ones at complexes in OBA. Overalk, we enjoyed our stay!

Definitely the Cat’s Meow
What an amazing place to vacay! The unit is just as described! The choices of wall colors, furnishings, appliances, linens, even the kitchen spices were all top notch! The spacious balcony had eight beautiful rocking chairs that made the view, watching the sun rise and set all worth it! Check in and out was a breeze, we had beach chairs at our leisure and I loved this condo for vacationing with 3 generations! They have real cable which allowed us to watch live TV! Turquoise place has all the luxurious amenities with state of the art workout rooms, beautiful pools, lazy river and of course the beautiful beach! I definitely recommend!

Vacation with Kids and MIL
This was the perfect setup for us to vacation with our two kids and my mother in law. When we arrived the listing did not disappoint! It was super clean, very spacious and decorated gorgeously. There were so many things for us to use in the condo so we didn’t have to pack extra. Dana was amazing the entire time and the check process was so seamless. We will definitely be staying here again!

Best Property I've Stayed at in Orange Beach!
Not only was the property and condo in pristine condition, our host Dana was wonderfully accommodating and communicative with us. Prior to arrival, she kept me in the loop on some of the changes going on at the property which resulted in the closing of a few amenities. This was so helpful so we weren't disappointed upon arrival! To help offset this change, Dana comped us tickets to a dolphin boat tour which was SO wonderful and fun for the family! This host went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous week, and we're already looking forward to booking our next stay.

We had an amazing time in Orange Beach, AL. The Dolphin Cruise our property manager recommended was amazing and certainly worth going on, they were phenomenal and we saw tons of dolphins. We have been going down to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for quite awhile now and this was one of my favorite places we have stayed. The place was so nice, weather was amazing which can be iffy this time of year. Our children had a great time. The hot tubs on the balcony's werent available as they are being replaced but the property manager did a great job of communicating that in advance. All in all a big thumbs up and very kid friendly.

Overall a great time. The hot tubs were out and a swimming pool in the place was out. We understand its winter months. Higher commodes would be better for older adults, maybe a bar in the shower. I loved the couches, but again the older adults had a hard time in and out. We all enjoyed the space and it was decorated beautifully. We loved the rocking chairs! The table in the dining area was sticky. We played a lot of games and our cards stuck to it. But that didn't keep us from plaing! All the extras were great!

Condo is just as shown in the pictures. This isn’t a photo of when the condo was new and you get there and it’s a disappointment. Decorated beautifully. Kitchen is better stocked than most places I’ve stayed. Very clean. Plenty of seating for everyone inside and out. Loved having a grill on the patio. Obviously view from the 20th floor was flawless. Not only is the property conveniently located to everything but the condo itself is Just convenient. The assigned parking space is steps from the elevator. The elevator is steps from the condo. (But very quiet) Would be great for anyone with mobility issues. I’d definitely stay here again.
