Dalwood Country House is set on 50 acres and is an impressive interpretation of modern Australian colonial architecture - this sprawling country homestead has everything for the perfect stay in the Hunter Valley.
Dalwood Country Retreat has a real abundance of space inside and out. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are king rooms (or 4 single beds) with en-suites and a further four queen bedrooms. There is a connecting room from bedroom 3 and 4 that has two double sofa beds which is perfect for children or a spill over for larger groups. This stunning property has a large kitchen and two separate inside dining areas, a fantastic modern open-plan living space with island fire. French doors, open to outdoor decks and entertainment areas with a wood-fire pizza oven and large BBQ. A feature of this fabulous property is the substantial lounge area to the rear of the house with a pool table and a second plasma TV (both TV's have Austar only, no free to air channels are available). The home is perfect for a stay all year round with a roaring island-fireplace to cosy up to in winter and ducted air-conditioning to keep you comfortable in summer.
The refreshing swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and if you're bringing the kids they will love the full-size outdoor play area and fully enclosed trampoline. There is nothing this property lacks and it is less than 15 minutes to the great restaurants and cellar doors on Wine Country Drive and the famous Vintage Golf course.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, up to10 guests (adults or children) from $1425 per night. (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, up to 10 guests (adults or children) from $1069 per night (Mon- Thur)
Extra guests are charged at $121 per person per night.
Children under 13 years are charged at $64 per child per night.
Infants under 2 are free.
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
