The apparent is big and well equipped with a beach access and walking distance to the mall

We enjoyed this place, we even bought 3 weeks temporary membership to Il Tigre racquet club to play pickleball and tennis, the host is very friendly, and the place is spacious and clean, the reception guys are nice and helpful

Great stay at Playa Royale

The accommodations a Playa Royale were very nice. A one bedroom +2 bathroom unit, ground floor, and close access to the pool and beach. The unit was very clean and well maintained by the owner. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Playa Royale is very clean, the staff are very friendly and safe. The surrounding area has restaurants, shops, and even a Starbucks within walking distance. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great property

This condo was great for our family of 4. It was very clean and the photos were accurate. We loved the pool and having a beach club was very convenient. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Would recommend!

Beautiful!

Extremely clean, very well taken care of property. The area is close to restaurants, ATMs, medical care, activities, shopping. Beautiful beach!! The owners are very responsive and friendly. My only comment is to GET YOUR BEACH CARD from the beach club immediately following check in so you are able to reserve/use the palapas on the beach. They are very strict about having that card, so ask about it and do it immediately after you check in. Otherwise you won't find out you need one until the palapa police show up lol. I HIGHLY recommend this place and these owners :)

Very relaxing and convenient location.

Property was fine. Two rather minor issues for us. (1) listed amenities were not all available, i.e. TP, napkins, tissue paper,shampoo etc only available at checkin time that clients have to buy all of their own supplies. This listing is a little misleading. (2) Palapa access on beach is controled by separate Beach Club ownership. Very difficult process to access palapas on beach. This to is misleading in your promo ads.

hay pleito entre propietarios y quienes rentan al grado de que es muy incomodo la actitud del personal en la playa con esa division tan tonta que pusieron , mas para mi grupo que dos de las familias estaban en torre 5 , por este motivo no volvemos a hospedarnos en el Playa Royale

Bonito lugar y excelente ubicación.

Me gustó mucho el lugar, muy bonito y bien cuidado. La comunicación con Sylvia muy buena. Hubo detalles de limpieza que ella resolvió enseguida. Lo único que no me gustó fue el trato del personal del Club de Playa y los lugares asignados para "las rentas", que es diferente al de propietarios. Pero lo que tiene que ver con la propiedad y el propietario estuvo excelente.

not enough dishes or glasses dirty couches (on the arms of the chairs) Patio furniture very old, ripped, uncomfortable.l.. table and 5 chairs.. could only use two. very old small tv in bedroom that didn't work... fridge not cleaned lazy suzanne not cleaned hardly any hangers closet doors in bedroom didn't close shower head.. needed to be changed, very corroded need a lamp in living room ice maker did not work -Ive rented many times, and this needs to be looked after much better before renting out to a guest.. Really was not comfortable in the surroundings..

A lovely property that is worth renting again

Renting the property through “home away” was not as smooth as it should have been, compared to other providers. Having said that the owner did all she could to facilitate the process which went smoothly once she was involved
