Tropical retreat set on half acre garden with 10 metre pool , lawns and sun lounges. alive with the plethora of birds,koalas,rock wallabys and more.
In a quiet corner is the new POOL CABANA with a queen in modern luxury ,romantic and private with a large deck under a giant tree with swings and a hammock to laze.
5 min walk through the butterfly forest takes one to the beach with the best sunsets,restaurants,hotel,shops,water sports and national park trail heads.
Note. This is a shared Pool between this and the other garden apartment.

Great beach stay

Beautiful gardens and pool area. Cabana was perfect size and layout. Little extras like eggs, tea and coffee, and bread and jam are unexpected surprise. Marguerite was a wonderful host.

Perfect spot and surrounded by nature!

Loved this place- so close to everything in Horseshoe Bay and the perfect place to come home to and relax by the beautiful pool or on the deck, listening to the birds. Honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place for our few days on Maggie!

Quiet, relaxed and good location

Good location nice 6 minutes walk to the beach. The unit is clean and comfortable. The garden are amazing and the bird life and Wallabies are very friendly.

Relaxation Bliss

This property is very private and a perfect place to relax. Set in beautiful lush tropical garden with an abundance of bird life. The pool area is lovely and everything was immaculately clean. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Magnetic Island.

Family holiday

Pool cabana was a nice little place and a wonderful pool area. Love all the trees, garden and local wildlife visiting. We were lucky to be the only people staying for most of our stay, but without knowing when initially looking online, there was a few more accommodations on the property in close vicinity. If all were occupied I would not have enjoyed. I was after a private place and quiet stay if i wanted close neighbours i would of stay in one of the apartments on the beach front.

Peaceful Paradise

From the moment we arrived, put our bags in the cabana and sat out on the deck surrounded by palms, frangipani and butterflies, we could feel ourselves unwind and our holiday had begun. With the pool just metres from our door and the ocean a short walk through the butterfly forest, we spent a lot of time swimming. We went on some lovely long walks to nearby secluded beaches, and had some delicious dinners at restaurants along the beachfront. Marguerite was a lovely welcoming host and attended to our every need. We look forward to returning for another relaxing stay at Marguerite”s piece of paradise one day soon.

Amazing

We stayed 5 nights in the pool cabana. It was absolutely beautiful, just as the photos showed and the description was spot on. Very private, surrounded by beautiful gardens, abundant wildlife and great location.

Tropical island feel

It was great staying at Marguerites. We had a great relaxing stay being able to stroll to beach and take a bus nearby to rest of island. Marguerite was friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. Villa was lovely.

Beautiful. Couldn't have been more impressed. We booked both the Pool Cabana and Polynesian House and couldn't be happier. Marguerite is great to deal with and lovely. Great location. Amazing property with friendly wallabies and chooks. Can't wait to come back (and the weather was amazing).

Perfect accommodation

Oh my goodness,such a fantastic venue at Horsheshoe Bay. Hidden among the trees, a private oasis. We loved the surrounding wildlife in our yard..wallabies and curlews. The pool was sparkling. The deck is huge to relax on and far enough away from the other bungalow for privacy. Margarite is great. The photos don't do it justice. Enjoy a stay here for sure.

Margarite’s on Magnetic is fabulous

Margarite has created a tropical style haven for her guests to enjoy. The units are beautifully clean and comfortable, attractively decorated and have everything you need. There is a gorgeous salt water pool and the surrounding garden is lovely. Our unit had a beautiful deck area to relax on with hammocks. The location is ideal and walking distance to the main shopping strip and Horseshoe Bay as well as access to other walking tracks. Margarite is friendly and gave us good tips on what to see and do. Highly recommend a stay at Margarite ‘s and would definitely return.

Ideal accommodation for 2 guests in terrific location..

Perfect accommodation for 2 people. Very well equipped kitchen and super pool . Large bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Only 5 minute walk to shops and waterfront.

Beautiful!

We loved our stay, Maguerite was an amazing host and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Everything we needed in the studio. Pool was lovely and so were the surroundings. 4 nights wasn't enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
