This boutique hotel was originally a grand old home and has been completed renovated and creatively and stylishly furnished with retro and modern decor.

We also offer creative spaces where you can attend many workshops that we offer in the creative arts such as soap making, water painting classes and yoga.

We house an exceptional cooking school, and we also have a conference room available to our guests.

A beautiful clean and serene space that has the charm of the old world. The decor is modern and stylish. High ceilings and beautiful windows allowing subtle light and breezes through the room. The floors are of natural wood. An ensuite offers plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. This beautiful room has a balcony which overlooks trees and garden and is enclosed by traditional high walls and jacaranda trees. We will serve you a complimentary breakfast the first morning on the balcony.

I am a mother of two kids. I have relocated to Chiang Mai since 2014. Before that I was Real Estate Sales and Marketing which still interested to be continuing. I am now focusing on running vocational rental business as well as taking benefits of living in this cultural city of arts and craft. So I have crafts room on the first floor, open for those who interested of Handmade soap, flower arrangement, Clay & Pottery, water color painting. I hold workshop class from time to time depending on our invited artist and guests. I would like to share this place and welcome guests to experience of culture.

Our location is inside Chiang Mai Old City where you just hop away to museum and temples as well as to fresh markets, bars, massage and cafe around us. We are walking distance to such a popular The North Gate Jazz Co-Op bar where most of foreigners meet and greet.
If you need to work on a high speed internet, we will recommended to near by us which open 24 hours, just 5 minutes walk only.
Getting around is never been easy either by walking or motor bike renting or red bus riding. We will help you find reliable renting company to make your stay fabulously.
The mini mart, 7-11 is just around the corner as well as the pharmacy and local food bistro.
If you are vegan lover, "GoodSouls Kitchen" is just 80 meters away from our place.
