Heart of Athens! Beautiful Townhouse, 15 Minute Walk to Stadium, Downtown.

This location is unbeatable. Our townhome is less than a 15 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens. Perfect for gamedays, university events, downtown happenings, or just a weekend visit to the Classic City. We have all the amenities of home: A two car garage, smart TV with cable and other entertainment apps, free wifi, Keurig, complete kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds (Extra pull-out sofa downstairs). The Brothers Bastone have gone out of their way to share their Athens experience with you, and you'll love the décor and atmosphere. Come share our space!

UGA stay

We were there less than 24 hours on a college tour road trip, but we appreciated the proximity to UGA and the ease of getting around the area. There was plenty of room for the four of us and had everything we needed. It is a very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed all of the Georgia memorabilia, even though I bleed Purple and Gold! Geaux Tigers!

Location, location!

Very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed having the garage in which to park. We could walk to several eating establishments. It would be a great place to stay for football weekend.

Graduation stay

Excellent location, spotless as usual and loads of towels. Five of us stayed for UGA graduation and could walk to the stadium etc. Owner was very responsive to enquiries and helpful. Great stay again (it's our third time booking this property)

Great spot in Athens GA

Clean, comfortable space with plenty of room for a family or friend group. Centrally located in Athens within close distance of all attractions. Secure garage for parking our vehicle was also appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to those taking a trip to the Classic City!

Nice Townhouse

The location was great for visiting our daughter in the dorms. Walking distance to downtown, the dorms and campus. Clean and spacious townhome with parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location with all the amenities

The listing is very accurate. The home was comfortable, clean, well-located, and had everything we needed. I also enjoyed the great water pressure in the shower! We had a very busy weekend and enjoyed returning to the house to relax. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location for a "Stay-cation"!

Very nice, quiet, and private location. The townhouse is beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms are very nice sizes as well as the bathrooms. The property manager was great with communication and responses. Overall A great experience for my birthday and I would definitely rent again in the future!

Conveniently Close to UGA Campus!

Great place to stay and awesome communication with the owners. We had some trouble adjusting the heat and Andy was awesome with getting back to us on how to make the adjustments very quickly. There was some cleanliness issues with the Master Bathroom but overall the place was as advertised. The place is super convenient to the UGA campus and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Close to classic center ..only a mile away. Was very clean as in pictures. Quiet neighborhood and was wonderful having a garage. I would stay here again. Close to everything.

The wedding weekend

Our host Andy is fantastic, very responsive to all messages and request. My only regret is we didn't find this place before my daughter graduated. The location is great for game days , parents weekends or graduations. Stay here it's great!

Very nice townhouse in the heart of Athens!

We stayed in Athens while our fur baby had surgery at UGA. The townhouse was very nice, clean, and in the heart of Athens. We were so close to any and everything that we needed! Andy was very helpful and quick to respond. The townhouse was just as pictured and nicely decorated! It was nice to relax somewhere that felt very welcoming and like home. This was much better than staying in a hotel. Andy has done an amazing job and is a great host! The garage was a great bonus! We look forward to staying here again! Go Dawgs ❤️

Great condo

With one daughter at UGA, and hopefully another on the way, we come to visit often. This was a superb location in a quiet neighborhood close to campus and downtown. It was so great having a condo To hold our family as opposed to renting two hotel rooms. The condo was clean, and the communication was excellent.

UGA visit

We stayed at here for my daughters tour of UGA and a Dawgs football game. Location is perfect to walk to the game and avoid traffic. House was clean and complex is quiet.

This is a fabulous townhouse within walking distance to campus. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The area felt safe & communication was great. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Athens, if it's available.

The townhouse is situated between some of Athens most recognizable streets (Broad, Lumpkin, Baxter, and Milledge). You simply won't find a better location with comparable amenities and a quiet atmosphere.
