Includes a large private lower patio area with seating, beautifully landscaped waterfront property set on a huge lot, with heated above-ground pool (season and weather permitting), gas grill, fire pit, basketball area , a canoe for paddling down the St. Joseph River ,fishing poles available for fishing. City park across the street with playground area. We respect our pollinators and do not use any chemicals on our property inside or out.
