Location
The two bedroom apartment is situated in a small complex opposite Bell Park and one of Perth's finest family holiday beaches, looking north to Mangles Bay, Garden Island (HMAS Stirling) and Cockburn Sound. Bell Park has many shady trees, free electric barbecues and children's sand pits and play equipment.
It is located in the heart of the Rockingham foreshore cafe strip, with many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and fast food outlets. It is a short walk to the Post Office and a large IGA supermarket.

This property had everything you could ask for. It is a bit dated, but it was clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. Separate kitchen, living dining, bedroom & Bathroom. Washer & dryer and clothes line. Walking distance to shops and Cafes & Restaurants and the Beach is just across the road. Public transport also close if needed. Would deffinately recomend and wouuld stay again.

A Great Getaway
We had an excellent stay and loved the accommodation. Brian was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is very comfortable and everything you needed was available. Apart from some helpful information in a folder, there were no rules and expectations put on us. Just to relax and have a good time. We made an excellent choice when we booked. Best for 2022.

Our Stay at Rockingham Foreshore
This property is an old gem amongst the modern towers that now reside on the foreshore. The property is ideally located for short walks to all the attractions you need. It was very comfortable we felt secure and had a very homely presence about it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to go and stay there

Great Location
The unit is old but clean and comfortable.(the complex it is in could do with some tidying up). The mattress in master bedroom needs renewing.It is so central to restaurants, bars etc, so didn't have to use car much.

Amazing place
Went on my own from the UK yo attend a wedding. Brian's place was amazing. Spotless clean. Location was simply amazing. Walking distance to fish n chips. Shops. Beach 100 meters away. Air conditioning. I will definitely book this apartment again. Please stay in this beautiful apartment. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian's place. Place was clean and had everything we requested. Walking distance to everything you need and opposite the beach. Last minute we requested a late check out which was kindly accepted by Brian. I would recommend this place.

Excellent location
Beautifully decorated apartment close to beach, shops and transport.  The apartment is extremely clean and well provided with extra blankets and beach towels included.  The kitchen is modern and the whole apartment comfortable.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider staying again if we are back in Rockingham.
