CONTEMPORARY 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN BRIGHT
Self contained holiday apartment offering two separate bedrooms, a combined living, dining & kitchen area fully equipped with HDTV, air conditioning, stainless steel dishwasher, oven & microwave. Fully tiled bathroom includes an automatic washing machine with separate shower & toilet rooms for extra privacy. Outside, the wide, shady verandahs at the front and rear of your unit overlook the beautifully landscaped grounds with large areas of shady manicured lawns and gardens.
The swimming pool is contained within a beautifully hedged enclosure for privacy with fencing and a self-closing gate for safety.
There’s a ¾ tennis court available for guest use free of charge
undercover carport parking and lock up bicycle storage.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy.
If you have booked within 14 days of arrival full payment will be required immediately.
If payments are not received we reserve the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation if caused by the client, all monies paid are not refundable unless the apartment is re-let for the entire period.

We loved our stay, cosy place with everything you need to just kick back and relax or a short walk along the river to town. Owner Phil was helpful and welcoming.

Week Day Getaway
The property was clean and stocked with sufficient crockery and cutlery. There were tea bags and ground coffee sufficient for a couple of days but no milk. The beds were comfortable. There was no soap or tissues provided and only one small sachet of shampoo and conditioner. The property met our requirements. The apartment was a lovely 15-20 minute stroll into town along the rail trail.

Everything was easy and good facilities.
Stayed for a couple of nights to mountain bike in the area. Located in the edge of the rail trail, bike store and bbq had everything we wanted.

Neat and clean Bright accommodation
We had a comfortable stay at Alinga Longa 2 in Bright - the unit was very clean and comfortable. We did think we had booked an apartment in Grevillea Gardens but were not advised on the new location until just prior to our arrival -it was a few doors down the road. The unit was fine, but not what we were expecting.
