Great ladies trip

We loved our staycation! We did not leave property after arriving, fortunately we had pretty good weather all week. We stayed in pool the whole time. House and grounds were very clean and quiet, had everything in kitchen we needed. Already planning on staying again next year.

Fantastic stay at the beach

Nine of us enjoyed this beautiful peaceful house. We had plenty of space to rest, play games and swim. Mr. Franky was available to answer our questions. We were close to the beach and enjoyed meals at Steve’s Marina Restaurant, Shaggy’s, and A Southern Bagel Company.

Cajun Love Vacation

We are a group of ladies that get together once a year. We totally enjoyed our weekend. We loved the privacy. The property was beautiful. We were a large group of 10. It would have been nice to have one more shower/tub, but we managed to take turns. The swimming pool was refreshing. The owner was very nice. A phone call away if we needed anything. All in all, it was one of the BEST Vacation homes that we have ever rented.

Just what we needed

Property was excellent. We enjoyed the pool cooked most meals at the house. Had plenty of utensils and dishes for all ten of us. All appliances worked. Plenty of room.

Beautiful Place

This is such beautiful property and feels so remote and is nice and quiet. The owner is very involved and very responsive. The kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals. Multiple places to dine and hang out.

Graceful Oaks is a Gem!

This is a great property in Long Beach! Beautiful, large house on spacious grounds. Plenty of room for family to spread out. Nice gated pool with a convenient pool house. Covered parking for 3 vehicles. We were in town for Jeepin' the Coast and it was great to have space to take the tops and doors off our Jeeps and store them safely. Lovely front and back porch. Beautiful oak trees. We definitely plan to book again! We've also stayed at another of the owner's properties and always have a good experience with him.

Great house for group

It was a great house for a group of 6-8 adults, one couple left after a week. The pool is wonderful, it's in a safe neighborhood near lots of things to do. I would stay here again. We appreciated having the pool heater fixed, thanks for working on that, Franky!

Beautiful property

We stay at VRBO’s on a regular basis. This one was by far the best! The linens were all provided, the kitchen was well stocked with spices and random necessities. The house was immaculate! There was provided cleaning supplies. Mr Franky was very quick to respond to all questions. We traveled with adult kids, teenagers, and two toddlers. We never felt cramped. The yard was beautiful and provided a great space to play the ping pong games, the kids set up the badminton net and that provided lots of fun! The beaches and shopping are a short distance away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely everything was fantastic!

Kept waiting for something not to be right. It just seemed too good to be true, but it was. Great communication with our host, location was perfect. Half-way to beach, half-way to interstate. We used it for Cruising the Coast and we soon became "the house to go to". The beautiful grounds, great pool and wonderful home with gathering spots of swings and outdoor furniture was everything you could ask for. House was exceptionally clean, with plenty of towels and storage. Only thing i could recommend is to bring containers with lids and zip lock bags if you plan on cooking alot. You can tell the home us used for large events, since there are plenty if large trays and serving bowls. 100 percent would recommend a stay here. You will love it!

Toilets overflowed w what ended up being a wash cloth and the owner was VERY on top of it and fixed the problem right away !!! Great service and awesome relaxing place for the women in my family to get away for a week.

Family Fun!

We had a great time at this spacious home with large “ carport”, pool and air-conditioned pool house. We cooked put under the open carport and enjoyed eating round the pool. The 3 bedrooms downstairs and 1 upstairs had comfy beds. We put a twin blow-up next to the bed in one of the rooms because the bed is a little small for two people. The master bedroom is gorgeous with a high bed, and luxurious bathroom, and upstairs was fun private place for teens. (Note- upstairs has no shower so those folks used hall bathroom down stairs). Walmart for groceries is literally less than10 minutes away and was accessible without getting back out on Hwy 90 ( no traffic to deal with). Loved the big swings under two trees in each side yard and the 4 wheeled surrey bike ( carriage) was a big hit with the kids with lots of paved driveway to ride it on! This is a great house for a family to gather, play and relax!
