Light and spacious, this executive studio has it all! offering stylish and easy living. Based in central Mt Maunganui, we are a 6 minute stroll to the surf beach and Tay Street Cafe or a 5 minute walk to Blake Park. Suitable for couples. There is off-street parking, great Wifi and it has its own separate entrance. Located under the owners residence at the back of the property, it is quiet, private and comfortable. A great spot to stay and enjoy the best of the Bay of Plenty!

It was a great stay. High quality accommodation, quiet back section, easy walk to beach and 30m walk to the Mount for dining. Supermarket and Bayfair close by.

Would have been nice if no vaping outside was included in the listing. Not a biggy as I spent 90% of my time at the beach

I would recommend that everyone should consider this property. Matt and Shelley are wonderful and will do anything for you. The Studio has everything, a comfortable bed, large shower room kitchenette. It's nicely decorated.

Fantastic, well presented and quiet property which is handily located with easy access to Mt Maunganui, Papamoa and Tauramga. The only thing that would've been nice to have is a small table for eating at. Other than that, lovely property and would definitely go back!!!

Spotlessly clean, almost brand new, studio. Well equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher drawer. Generous sized shower room. Very nice decor, comfy bed with good quality bedding and large TV. No Sky (which didn't bother us) but excellent free wifi. Quiet and private location. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay. From check-in to check-out. Matt had everything ready as soon as we arrived and very welcoming! Perfect size, very clean and cosy stay for the 3 nights. Quiet area and close to everything. 10 min drive to Bayfair and 10 mins in the other direction to the Mt. Thanks for your hospitality
