About this property

MOUNTAIN VIEWS WITH GREAT AMENTIES; IN TOWN

Just a mere two minutes from the Pigeon Forge parkway sits Mountain View Condos. A clean, quiet, and family oriented complex. It has been voted twice the best complex in Pigeon Forge. This small complex, only four buildings, boast big amenities. We have two pools, one enclosed, which can be enjoyed year round, hot tub, a basketball court, shuffleboard pad, a walking trail and playground equipment for the kiddies. Our 978 sq. ft. unit has ample space for six people. A king bed compliments the master bedroom with an adjoining bath, , double vanities and stand alone shower. Tucked neatly behind doors in the hallway you will find a cute daybed with a slide-out trundle bed and a half bath.
The living room has room to sleep two more with a cozy, queen size sofa sleeper. This unit has been completely remodeled with all new furniture, floors, lighting and paint. . Enjoy watching the sunrise in the mornings on your balcony which boast a view of the mountains, including Mt. Leconte. A 55" TV and an electric fireplace awaits you in the living room. The bedroom comes with a 55' tv . No need to go to a laundromat during your stay, we have a washer/dryer in the unit. Also to add to your convenience a fully stocked kitchen for eating meals in.

There is a trolley stop just a short 3 minute walk from the condo. We are one mile from Ripken Baseball field, Leconte Convention Center, and The Island. Dollywood is a short 4 miles away.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay while visiting for the Ripken Experience baseball tournament! Less than 8 minutes to the fields, 20 minutes from Dollywood, 30 minutes to Laurel Falls hiking. The property had everything we needed… kitchen, pool and amazing views for coffee on the balcony!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We normally stay further out from town for longer stays but this was absolutely perfect for us for a weekend getaway. We were close to all the fun stuff we wanted to get into and the condo was sheer perfection. Clean, comfortable and a bed I could have slept in for days. Thank you for a wonderful stay to our favorite place. We will definitely book this rental again.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable

The entire process from booking, to check-in, and check-out, were seamless and easy. The owner thought of and communicated every necessary detail clearly and completely. The condo was beautifully cleaned and we had plenty of supplies we needed from towels to kitchen supplies. It was only the two of us, so we didn’t need to use the additional bed with the trundle, but it was adorably tucked inside a set of doors in the hallway - so clever! Would be perfect for a family in need of the additional bedding! The view of the mountains from the balcony was gorgeous, and the sounds we so peaceful. You wouldn’t even know we weren’t too far off the main strip of Parkway because it wasn’t loud at all! And we were even staying during the Rod Run. Overall experience was wonderful and we would recommend a stay here easily!

So much space! Beautiful condo. Safe neighborhood. We came up on our honeymoon during the snow. The property stayed clear so we could drive to and from town with no issue. Very clean condo. Everything we expected and more!

Pigeon Forge Christmas

Vickie’s condo was great. It was clean, easy access to the surrounding attractions, and the directions provided were precise. The decor was very “Smoky Mountains” with bears everywhere. There was even a small Christmas tree which made it easier on us not having to put our small one up that we brought with us. We had WiFi issues, it didn’t work during our stay but Vickie was prompt in responding to my text even though it was Christmas Eve. I would definitely recommend staying here and when we visit again we’ll be booking with her.

What a wonderful experience. Everything they said it was and more. Felt like home away from home. Clean, comfy, soft beds, wi-fi, views, close to everything but far enough away that you don't hear traffic. Right near everything. Lots within walking areas. Easy to find and in and out with no headaches. We will be back again.

Condo was great! Clean. Nicely stocked. Beautiful view. Easy check in and check out process. Vickie was easy to work with. Right next to elevator which was nice. You can hear it but it’s not unbearable at all. Location was great. Would definitely stay again.

Family getaway

Spectacular View

The Condo was perfect for my wife and I during our trip in Sept 2023! Perfect Location in Building (Sixth floor of building and right next to elevator). What a fabulous view of the mountains and manicured property from either the front or the back of the Condo. Condo was fully stocked with anything we needed (Kitchen utensils, towels, sheets, etc.). Very roomy, could hold a few more people than our 2 adults. Master bathroom was huge with an extremely roomy shower. Vickie was very responsive to all our questions. We had an awesome stay and we would totally book this Condo again in the future!

The condo looked exactly like pictures and the decor is very cute...The king size bed slept very well and we enjoyed the spacious shower and private bathroom..We have stayed at Mountain View for at least the last 10 years and enjoy the location..The only thing I might add is it is probably time to update furniture in living room although very clean it is not very comfortable..I would stay in this condo again otherwise and the owner was very efficient and personable.

Nice clean Condo in a great location!

The rocker recliners in the condo pics sold us! great unit in a beautiful setting with a great view from the balcony, as well as 2 outdoor country style rocking chairs on deck. condo owner was very responsive when we had a wi-fi issue(no fault of hers)...black bear decorations abound , as well as some nice Autum touches....would love to stay here again!

Cozy Place

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend we were there. The place was spotless and felt like home. The rooms were big and spacious and everything was provided. Right on the Parkway, but far enough off the road that you don’t have to the traffic noises. We will definitely be back!
