MOUNTAIN VIEWS WITH GREAT AMENTIES; IN TOWN
Just a mere two minutes from the Pigeon Forge parkway sits Mountain View Condos. A clean, quiet, and family oriented complex. It has been voted twice the best complex in Pigeon Forge. This small complex, only four buildings, boast big amenities. We have two pools, one enclosed, which can be enjoyed year round, hot tub, a basketball court, shuffleboard pad, a walking trail and playground equipment for the kiddies. Our 978 sq. ft. unit has ample space for six people. A king bed compliments the master bedroom with an adjoining bath, , double vanities and stand alone shower. Tucked neatly behind doors in the hallway you will find a cute daybed with a slide-out trundle bed and a half bath.
The living room has room to sleep two more with a cozy, queen size sofa sleeper. This unit has been completely remodeled with all new furniture, floors, lighting and paint. . Enjoy watching the sunrise in the mornings on your balcony which boast a view of the mountains, including Mt. Leconte. A 55" TV and an electric fireplace awaits you in the living room. The bedroom comes with a 55' tv . No need to go to a laundromat during your stay, we have a washer/dryer in the unit. Also to add to your convenience a fully stocked kitchen for eating meals in.
There is a trolley stop just a short 3 minute walk from the condo. We are one mile from Ripken Baseball field, Leconte Convention Center, and The Island. Dollywood is a short 4 miles away.

My sister & I own and manage this property. We are from Alabama and this is the second vacation rental we have purchased here. We love hiking and have been coming to the Smoky Mountains all of our lives.

My sister and I purchased a 2 bedroom unit in this same complex 4 years ago and have loved the "tucked away in the mountains" feeling these condos offer
What makes this property unique
We love these condos. Even though your right in Pigeon Forge the wooded view and the view of the Great Smoky Mountains from the balcony give you a feeling your miles away from the city.
